  1. Thanks Daryl, need the same again tomorrow. Mick won by 20 sec and got fastest lap by almost 7 sec. 1:53:8 to 2:00:05. Car going well. His Dad was 16th in the Hesketh 308 and his Mum was 29th in the Surtees TS9. Bless his Mum she's always last..!

  5. Best place to get plates made is not Halfraud but on line like FancyPlates.com you can then get your Z logo put on them as well. (only slightly illegal) Whats your new reg ?.

  7. The guy who paid for the transporting of the vehicles, didn't want to pay extra to put them in containers. He signed a release saying that the deck would be okay. Cheap is never the best way..!!

  15. I know somebody who got a 2006 UK GT pre-facelift in Black with 78,000, 2 owners, full history, new MOT just had a P3 done immaculate car, with nice spoiler and other goodies in for £6,100.

  17. The car is owned by Frank Lyons his son Michael is driving it (should be a winning car), we are helping out with running it as Frank has 3 cars in the Historic F1 race. I have my own CCTV Company but been involved in Motor Racing for a long long long time. Use to work at Brands Racing School .

  19. I hate wrapped cars..they look so unfinished..(sorry my mate got a wrapping Company). They wrapped a Ferrari 458 in what can only be described as "Fuzzy Felt" the other day ..looked sh1t. I'll see if I can get a pic of it.

McLaren will be displaying a range of its cars at the 2013 Wilton Classic and Supercar By Leo Wilkinson 2:13PM BST 25 Jul 2013 Comment The fifth annual Wilton Classic and Supercar will take place on Sunday, August 4. The event – which is staged in the grounds of Wilton House, near Salisbury, Wiltshire – brings together classic cars and supercars in a “garden party†setting. Lord Pembroke, owner of Wilton House, founded Wilton Classic and Supercar in 2009 with Jay Broom, a supercar events organiser. As in previous years, the 2013 event promises a range of attractions for both car fans and families. Lord Pembroke with his customised "Bugarti" Veyron More than 200 supercars will be on display, including models from Aston Martin, Bugatti, Ferrari and McLaren. Unusual sights will include a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, a Porsche Carrera GT and a number of Pagani Zondas. Among the classic cars on display will be a 1964 Facel Vega II that was first owned by Ringo Starr and a 1937 Bugatti Type 46 Super Profile Coupe.
