Sorry to heat that mate. They were just out for a pull. Totally agree with Colin. I had something similar around Christmas cop on a motor bike followed me into Tesco car park "banged" on the window and said "you just drove into here without a seat belt on"..even though I had it on when he was banging on the window..I took it off got out of the car and pointed to the CCTV camera at the entrance to Tesco and asked him to check the CCTV Camera and he would see I had it on. He told me I was lucky this time and drove off..!!! It seems the easiest nick in the world "no seatbelt" most people just pay and they get another tick in their box.

Looks like the usual problem with the window motor, so solution is to tape it up.. Some people don't deserve a nice car.

I know that the TT is a very dangerous circuit, and every year there are fatalities, also there are at least a couple of riders from the public who get killed every year and only gets local coverage. I now think that the big bikes have now got to quick for the TT.Circuit. I did many years ago a Class 4 Superkart race on a street circuit, I thought I was going to die every lap...!
