I have had a cobra with HFC for a while, (with thanks to Mitz at Cougar store) and thought it was the bomb.... However, Mitz sorted me some Exhaust gaskets, and then Jez at horsham remapped it, and it is a completely different animal. Remap will put such a huge smile on your face. ;p

"Nujabes - Feather" for the chilling bits, cruising down a mway for eg. Any decent roads, where I am driving "hard"... the engine note is all the music i'll ever need.

You didnt mention it, but it was the Cayman that came closest to pipping my Z when I was looking. I took the Z because it was less poised, but more exciting under hard acceleration. The Cayman always felt so self assured.... almost cocky in its own ability.... lol

Check if : when the PAS system is working (ignition on, engine running) you get bubbles in your reservoir. I had this issue, and it turned out that one of the pipes was worn, and was allowing the smallest bit of air into the system when turning right.

^ agree with Zhorno, This will differ depending on so many factors. Perhaps, those who own z's, who live in your area, who are of your age or similar, who have similar mods, etc etc crashed into their garage, and the formulae the insurers use is still appreciating the cost of the garage because of this. I would venture, that if you had a different car, were in a different area, did a different job, you would see different results.

I had mine done there recently... Jez is really nice, and the uprev.... well.... its brilliant, it makes the car feel completely different. Take a camera, he has some awesome projects on the go. Enjoy!

When i bought the car, i kept my astra to use as a daily. (gods honest truth!) 3 months later, the astra was taken away by the government because it had been "abandoned" on my street. haha. A neighbour had reported abandoned it had sat stationary for so long! I then paid 300 odd quid to get it back, and gave it to my sister.... There was no part of me that wanted to get into the astra, when i had the choice.

I am from coventry, and I get everything done by Cougar Store, CS. I will not take the Z to anyone else. (feel I should have said, horsham dev did my remap and I had no problems with anything that happened there either... haha) They know what they are doing, and tell the truth. Take a coat though ;p hahaha

I have a trip like this planned for the end of the summer too...Cant wait. I just wanted to say thanks to all those putting up helpful hints and tips like this. It really makes planning easier.

I have a cobra system, with decats... and I fkn love it... Perfect sound. Loud when it needs to be, quiet when cruising, with a nice bark when you blip the throttle. Mitz has put some gaskets on to it to aid the sound, but if you talk to him he will be able to tell you exactly what my car has on it. If you are local to the Coventry area, Im happy to come pick you up one day and take you for a ride. Jaz

Cougar store mate, Im from Cov, and for 18 months have done the drive to leicester to see Mitz. Its definitely worth it. Jaz

I think its brilliant... COD and BF4 are very different games in my opinion. They both require you to be slow, steady and cautious to get a good score. Whereas TitanFall appears to reward a player for running into battle like a war crazed mad man, much like Halo (earlier versions). Getting the hang of wall running was a bit difficult, but its a lot of fun running up a wall while in the middle of a battle. Titans are great at distracting the enemies while you lurk behind them shooting people. But the best thing, is the addition of "grunts" and "spectres." they make the game feel more crowded than it is, without the choas of a larger game with only human players. I dont think that it is as amazing as people were claiming, but I can see it being a real competitor to the more serious games such as BF4 and COD. It is undeniably, more frantic, and therefore, imo, more fun.
