Bought my first house last year at 23 after saving for the past few years (aside from buying the car)! Now skint after having to buy everything to put in the house IMO the sooner you get on the ladder, the better.

At £300 you are going to be limited to an i3 really but would recommend that as a minimum if you're looking to play some games too

Funnily enough I had the same problem with T-Mobile over £3 unpaid (yes really, £3). Was in Australia at the time and when I got back it had been passed onto debt collectors. Paid as soon as I found out & got a mortgage the same year without problems so I wouldn't worry too much

Everyone makes mistakes. I was reversing out of a parking space and looking over my left shoulder to watch for oncoming cars (one way system car park). Next thing I know some lady has driven in the exit, and parked in the space next to me while I was reversing. Inevitably my front bumper hit the rear arch and wrote her KA off. Apparently all my fault even though I had witnesses and checked my surroundings before starting the maneuver... Forgot to mention that she tried to claim for personal injury.. not at all bitter

Hell no am I going to ever going to change the nissan badge for a Z one - when people ask me what I drive I simply reply "a nissan"
