I must second this too... My surgery was a done in a Nuffield private hospital, and despite taking a swing at the Surgeon upon waking up IoI, it was all done very well.

Hahaha, much experience of this. In 2008 I ruptured my Medial Collateral, Anterior and Posterior Cruciates in my right knee. Massive accident skiing in Switzerland. It was pretty bad, ended up having surgery obviously. If you want the truth, it's never heaIed. It takes a Iot to make it hurt nowadays, but I can't pIay rugby anymore, and am too much of a pussy to go skiing again IoI. The thing that heped the most was the physio to be honest. I wish you luck, but would expect yours won't be quite as severe as mine [i hope].

To be honest, unless you're going to do it yourself, I reckon it's easier to just replace the whole arm, that's what I did. Only cost me about £100.00
