Jag are making some seriously nice cars these days. I take it that's the 5l supercharged v8? Imagine that in roadster form with some decats and a remap. Would be one if the best convertibles around on par with a DBS volante imo wonderful looking things! Keep it up for Britain jaguar
  2. Fitted my one from horsham and I stopped the slight fluctuation I had on idle every 30 seconds or so
  3. No not supercharged me, big job this would be though bigger than the manifolds that went on yesterday
  4. Id love them but having just spent xxxx on manifolds, clutch and flywheel, oil cooler and rocker covers. If they are still about in a couple months id be interested, highly doubt they would be though
  5. I think its down to the fans and stat myself, il be running a thermostatic oil cooler on mine which is a daily to, il be hooking up an oil temp gauge aswell so be interesting to see what temps i rech on a daily drive.
  6. Ive done a 6th gear one at Chobham in a DBS was awesome, guy actually let me hoon the car which is thought was great!
  7. I think i will go direct tbh, it cant be that much hassle especially going direct to Motordyne
  8. Nope, i had the Horsham silenced decats and Cobra y pipe with Cobra resonated system, I think the Horsham decats made it to loud so i swapped them for the Motordyne ART pipes but also swapped the y pipe back to stock in the hope theyd both reduce sound which they did now i need a y pipe agin
  9. Afternoon all I sold my Cobra y pipe as the car was to loud with this on so now im pretty set on getting an xyz pipe with a resonator as it should keep the noise down a bit and also be a consistent bore size throughout the system as il have DC sports manifolds mated to my Motorsyne ART pipes this weekend. Trouble is Motordynes website has them up for $435 which is £270, i know theyll be import duty about £50 so thats £320, why are they so expensive over here surely its easier and cheaper to just go direct to Motordyne? Ive seen prices of around £450+ over here which is ridiculous Cheers Arran
  10. Thats why I was pretty sure they were steel because the description is pretty clear on demon tweeks and had a search around the net to confirm. At least its all cleared up now, I haven't had any issues with mine they've stayed tight with no fitting marks and look great
  11. Wise choice for all round with a decent brand
  12. Thought they were steel which turns out they are thankfully, will be fine for my track work then
  13. Im going to call demon tweeks tomorrow and get mine clarified
  14. Hmm says bright coloured steel, then style of a anodized nut but strength and low cost of steel? If they are alloy their product is miss described and il be returning them
  15. Furry muff, either those or demon tweeks will do
  16. Don't think they do steel versions when I was looking they only had black and silver
  17. Imo if youve just spend xxx on 20inch wheels you should certainly be putting new tyres on. Do it once and properly. Good tyres make the world of difference. some examples to go for that will vary in price and level of grip etc falken fk452 or fk453 vredstein ultrac vorti toyo t1r Michelin ps2 or ps3 Hankook ventus s1 my two choices personally would be continental conti sport contact 3 michelin pilot super sport
  18. Bilberry wheel cleaner is the only cleaner I ever use
  19. Wow I knew people were selfish and only lookout for themselves nowadays but **** me 85% didnt do anything! The very least you can do is call the police etc but also examine the situation and see that hes only using a cable to strangle the guy, and in that instance you have to advantage to do something hes backed into a corner on the floor concentrating on killing the guy and he can quite easily receive a properly good kicking.

150k! Utter @*!# imo. Yes if its been mistreated and ragged to pieces maybe but a properly maintained engine will last easily past 250k+. Modern engineering is pretty damn good tbh as stated good oil and petrol along with good consumables, plugs etc all help keep it in good condition
  21. Ive got this kit on mine back end does feel more planted coming out of corners I must say although mine are yellow
