If none of you have been in situations where you get pi**ed off with your colleagues im surprised i have had many stand off at work on site in doing 13-14hr shifts basically living with each other i know my colleagues more than i know my family as i spend 80% of my time with them, i would say once a month there's a stand off next day everything gravy as it the stress and fatigue that makes you like it
