If you don't have the dollar to put down yourself (who does..?) then definitely go down the bank loan route, much much cheaper than finance and it's then not tied to the car if you fancy getting rid.

Thanks Dyno results are in..! The 2.87 pulley is in green from July, the red is the last run of the 3.13 pulley. Not quite as much as I was hoping for but it is much better to drive now. Jez has said I'd be lucky to get much more than that.. So next time I'm going to hold his dog hostage until that figure reads what I want it to Trying to get the custom exhaust place to create the mid pipe before I go to Germany but I don't think it's going to happen .

What's the chances of her actually kicking you out? But if you're spending £400 a month on fuel it might be worth getting your independence, also cut the mileage on the Zed if you can keep it

Thanks and here is a picture of it at Trax.. I got it from a member on here who was selling up, it never made it to a for sale thread. So today I went to H Dev for another remap and to hopefully sort out the jerking problem I had at around 2k RPM... Arrived safely I talked Jez through some of the issues I was having with the car and he then started loading it on to the dyno It turns out that at around 1900 RPM bank 2 goes extremely lean causing the jerking issue, it appears to be an air/boost leak somewhere but for now Jez has managed to smooth it out in the map. When I get some more money I will go finding the issue but it will have to stay put for now as very broke. As soon as Jez emails me over the Dyno figures (his printer was messing up) I'll put the results up, it actually ended up making more power/torque than it did with the 2.87 pulley which shows the issues it was having. It's brilliant to drive it now and really just doesn't stop pulling, someone moved over for me as I came off a slip road (was a corner slip road) but they needn't have as they never got past me The 2k RPM issue is totally masked as well, it's so nice to be able to pull out onto roundabouts/roads and not have to worry about the car messing me about..! Germany in 9 days, hopefully new mid pipe before then! More updates soon

Better pictures up, I just realised I got none of the mid pipe.. But there is no damage to it and it's basically a straight piece of pipe.

I don't drive my car daily really, only use it occasionally. I'm sure if they made a system that fouled the prop shaft they'd be responsible for sorting it out? Good to know anyway and I'll keep an eye out to see how flexible it is but as I only want the mid pipe it shouldn't be too bad?

Cheers for the info/advice guys, I did look at longlife but I don't think there is a branch near West Sussex (or near me). Power flow is the closest as it's only a few miles away, I'll go and see what they have to say for themselves and see if there is any examples of their work.

I could have bought a new resonated pipe for the cobra system but I wasn't overly enjoying the tone anyway so fancied a change. Of course Bob, forgot about that... ! Guess you've had no issues then. Yeah grundy, there is a place in Brighton (or hove) which Ill call Monday... I just know I'll be annoyed if they do a poor job.. Need more noise for Germany

Has anyone had an experience with the above? I want a custom mid pipe created as the sound of my new setup is just too quiet. As there will have to be a bend/angle in the exhaust do they do it properly or just bend the pipe restricting air flow? Also, do they mate up the exhausts correctly (both my backbox and y-pipe will have the OEM connectors on them).

Personally not a fan of 20" wheels so I would be inclined to switch them out, also car looks a little odd with the rear stretched and the front not are the tyre sizes the same? I think there was a black zed on here somewhere with black Jade R alloys on, maybe someone knows where to find it.

Off topic but whats with the I for an l business? I've seen a few 135s, they don't hang about that's for sure.

Just to get back on topic for people interested in the exhaust. The rear backbox sounds like it has grit in it when you tip it, it obviously doesn't so I've spoken to CS about it(who were brilliant, replying on a Sat at 8pm? Nice.) and they are going to see what the score is with Cobra. I wouldn't like to con anyone out of money so this won't be sold until it is sorted!

Yeah, wouldn't mind an ARK.. It's very flashy but pretty pricey. I might just look and see how much a custom mid pipe will cost.
