  1. thought this may be of interest to some of the norfolk/cambs owners, http://www.marhamtrackday.co.uk/ only £70 for the day or £120 for both days, all details are on the website above, i have no idea if this is any good or not as i have never done a track day but this could be my first as the db limit is quite high at 105 static and no drive by limits so hopefully the motordyne tdx2 will pass!

    Rays wheels

    No, 8j front 8.5j rear
  3. Might be worth stating which tax bracket it falls into as it looks like a pre facelift to me, if it falls into the higher tax bracket it could put people off
  4. Yes the gt4 is fitted with the Rev up engine
  5. Take a drive to cougar store in Leicester, I live in ely but take mine there for any servicing/maintenance great customer service and know their way around a z
  6. it's a late registered '06 facelift rev up as shezza said
  7. the short answer is yes, as that is what i have fitted to mine
  8. Everything looks nice and straight in comparison to the other side, as for the steering it just required a new track rod end and the pushrod from the steering rack, I really wouldn't wish this upon anyone for the amount of stress this causes having to deal with insurance companies trying to rip you off!
  9. To be honest that sounds like a great price for a hr but be sure to have a read of the buyers guide on here too
  10. just watching the replay of the qualifying on sky not knowing the results from this morning and they've just ruined it in the commercial break by giving away who qualified where in an advert for tomorrows race tossers!
  11. As said previously this car has been flagged on here before the seller has no clue what he is selling! It's been mapped to 296bhp which is exactly what a Rev up engine should have! It's an absolute dog of a car for the money read the previous posts and take your hard earned elsewhere!
  12. as promised a few pics, really pleased to have her back on the road ignore the missing pillar trim the bodyshop managed to misplace it but have ordered me a new one but i wasn't going to let that stop me having her back after 4 months!! haven't had a chance to give it a proper clean yet but have noticed a couple of minor blemishes in the paint on the door but will discuss these when i go to get the trim fitted and see what they say, thank you to everyone for their support and to the people who helped supply me with parts and information
  13. Hopefully get some tomorrow or over the weekend if I'm not too busy driving it
  14. After 4 months I'm finally getting my car back tomorrow and I can't wait to see it
  15. Some lucky member just got a bargain! They might not be big enough for some but boy are they light and if you want to go fast on track there is not a lot to beat them.
  16. Did you actually read the advert? Can get much better for that kind of money and better looking actually owned by someone who knows what they're selling http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/94470-immaculate-modified-widearch-zed-8k/
  17. who are you insured with? i know that admiral offer temporary cover for upto 28 days as this is something i was going to look into when the hire car went back after my z was involved in an accident and i was enquiring about insuring another car while mine was off the road, i never did go through with it as i managed to sort out a lift share while i'm waiting for mine to be repaired but could be worth just asking your insurers if its something they could offer
  18. sorry to hear this, i guess i got lucky when i sorn my car after the accident i submitted the sorn online on 28/11 and received my cheque on 3/12 for the amount that i was expecting including december, i suppose the difference is that to notify them of selling the vehicle it still has to be done by post and not online, maybe this is a flaw in the new system as the online applications are instant
  19. due to parcel force managing to lose the only one i had managed to source on the forum from abbey at the beginning of december, i am now back to square one 6 weeks later if anyone has a passenger side front wing available please get in touch
  20. where did you park the car before the engine went and you were living at home? or did you leave it at home and get the train or something? to be fair i understand your concerns with leaving it on the street i always tried to park mine with the least chance of something happening to it (end space, other end of car park etc.) but it didn't stop someone pulling out of a junction into the side of me while i was driving it you can only do so much to protect your pride and joy but you can't do anything about other peoples stupidity unfortunately if you can rent a space near your home then perfect, a garage would be ideal but i would want one where i could still keep a proper eye on it, failing that then leave it at your mums and do the commute the other way round if its just going to be a weekend toy
  21. Oops meant to say shades first post corrected, thanks I'll try lee
  22. as above really, does anyone have a front passenger side wing, preferably in black although not essential, have already tried clarke, alex and shades, thanks
  23. thanks, yeah i've seen the thread it was wasso's car i believe,
