  2. ok, so a couple of mates of mine are looking at doing a track day at mallory park between xmas and new year and are on at me to join them, the thing is i have never done a track day before and the last thing i want to do is stack the z because i didn't wait untilt the spring to give it a go when the conditions are most likely more favorable i am used to driving rear wheel drive cars and in adverse weather conditions but i'm not used to driving on track although i would also be buying some tuition if i decide to go, so i'm asking you the trackday experts am i just being a big girl or should i man up and get on the track in winter, car is standard apart from k1 which comes in at 1db under the limit :thumbs:thanks in advance for any advice given
  3. could be of interest to a few traders, i think they're being sold by a member http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-350z-Carbon-Fibre-Moulds-/221145695305?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item337d4f8449

  9. Tax bracket shouldn't come into it really for the sake of a fiver a week, peanuts compared to the running costs/grin factor of both engines, go with what you can afford
  10. these were for sale a while ago back up for grabs http://www.ebay.co.u...984.m1438.l2648
  11. 1st post 2nd post answering own question 6 months later no introduction fella
  12. just out of curiosity are you going to be doing a course on wrapping, i appreciate you've done your own car and know a lot more than i or most people here do through teaching yourself but a course of some kind could be very beneficial in that you may learn a technique or method that you wouldn't have done otherwise plus it may give potential customers a little more peace of mind if you had some kind of qualification/certificate not putting you down at all, i think its a brave move to go it on your own and fairplay to you
  13. saw it last night and really enjoyed it, deffo not the best one but very entertaining, love the scene when bond meets the villain for the first time very........... uncomfortable
  14. little bit different this one i spend most of my time working in norway and i've never seen a 350z on the road here i'm led to believe that they were never on general sale here due to import costs and taxes and the few that did make it here have been imported privately as far as i know, so out of curiosity i searched their equivelant of e bay and found that there is only one for sale in the country and its yours for only £46399 http://www.finn.no/finn/car/used/object?finnkode=35968148&reference=2012%2F7%2Fvertical-3%2F10%2F8%2F359%2F681%2F48_1967741385.jpg

  16. smudgeon i think you need to re read, the guy is going to abbey!
  17. i don't agree that you should just offer to go 50/50 i would use that as a last resort if it looks like its going to be a lot of hassle , you gave them permission to redecorate not to rip the walls to shreds, surely if there are any mishaps it should be for them to put right as before they started the plaster wasn't coming off the walls
  18. Looking good guys top job
  19. deffo!! mate does it really matter how the ol bill know, they just do, it really does not matter they know it was you, you know it was you and we now all know it was you if you don't own up then your mum will face whatever consequence there may be, the end
  20. i had the same problem but i was able to try the garage for size first as i had a feeling the car might not fit, when i reversed up there was about an inch either side of the wheel arch i knew i wouldn't be able to get out so had to give it a miss
  21. that is way overpriced imho
  22. i spend a lot of time in norway where the winters are a little bit harsher than the uk as of the 1st of november all cars have to have winter tyres fitted until the end of march by law, rarely see accidents and the country doesn't come to a stand still at the first sight of snow
  23. And smd
