Your not using your NCB's your using their insurance, if you can do it online its alot easier! Ive done it this way pretty much every time ive bought a new car, it does work it just depends on who you are insured with, i know axa and any insurance company they are conected to will do it online and it takes minutes to do. Very easy

i didnt want it at all! i had a audi a3 at the time, and i was looking at alsorts of cars (dc5, dc2, civic type r, elise, corsa vxr nurburgring, vxr8, evo's, etc etc) and as i always am i was talking to a mate (while i was away with work) and he said 'my mate has just sold his 350Z and recommended me to go and have a look at some, so when i finished shift thats what i did, 12 days later i had bought my first rear wheel drive car, first car with over 300bhp, first standard 2 seater (i had a modified fiesta zetec-s track car with only 2 seats thats why i say standard) first V6, first car with more than 16v, first car with stagered wheels, plus alot more firsts im sure! also its the cheapest car for insurance i have ever owned! so i think win win all the way.

damn damn damn!!!!! you can blame ian for me not being able to buy one of these right now! gutted! that would have been super cool for my germany trip in 3 weeks! gutted

i feel for you mate! i would also recomend you invest in either a air rifle (not so sus) or a 12 gauge (neighbours might start to worry)

have you got any other family members in the uk? if so get them to phone (or go online) and add you as a aditional driver onto thier policy then add your car as a temporary cover, you set a strat date and a expiry date on there. (plus if you dont need it for aslong as you got the cover you get a partial refund!) this is basically what i do when i buy a new car and still have my old one. hope this helps. P.S. just for example i paid £68 to cover my audi a3 as a temp car on my 350Z insurance with my GF as a additional driver
