This is my knee. I broke my leg just below the knee joint in a motorcycle accident bit also damaged the ligaments as my knee bent in a direction it's not meant to The reason I'm sharing this is it also stopped me from TKD training. It's never been 'right' since (the metal work is still in there) and I have not returned to TKD. I did try, but it just never felt strong enough. You have my empathy and sympathy mate. Although I never reached the level you have at TKD, I do really miss it. I wish you a fast recovery Sir

Since I've had the car, I've been thrashing it about, cos it just begs to be driven like that! You just can't help it. I've been getting 29-32mpg on average, even with the hooning about like a teenager in his first car. Which ain't bad I figured. But tonight, as I set off on the commute home, I thought I'd reset the trip computer and drive home like the aforementioned teenager's grandmother. And look what my average MPG was when I got home. Who needs a dirty diesel?

I do think I got a articulately cheap one, probably due to the miles being the wrong side of 100k. But it polished up a treat and the engine and gearbox etc still feel tight. (Touches wood). No nastily rattles, knocks or bangs. You can pick a nice example up with good miles and history for less than £3k, which is a bargain pocket rocket IMO. Spoke to the guy I'm getting the zorst off today (to arrange courier etc). He did warn me it was loud. Which is great news!
