  1. Have a good time tomorrow guys. And if you do venture into track, have a safe session(s). Gutted I can't make it, but I too am keeping an eye on the weather as I'm taking a friend to his wedding as the groom's wedding car. So praying for a dry session too! Get plenty of pics for those that can't make it
  2. Ahh OK. Leave it with me.
  3. That link in my post still works BBK
  4. Great progress. Fit doesn't look too bad at all. Fast forwarding a bit.... What colour will the car be once it's all fitted? Or is it a secret?
  5. Ahh OK, there were some others being made and sold, on here and eBay, but let's focus on getting yours sorted and fitting as it should. If you PM me your address I'll send you a neoprene strip that I add to the top edge that helps the fitment and also lightly 'grips' the plastic of the underside of the strut brace. I'm sure this will help solve your issue.
  6. No problem, thank you. I'll send you a PM Glad you're still happy with it and it's serving you well Pagey, sorry to hear you've got one that keeps falling out. Looking through the list of all the dividers I've ever made (both on this thread and my first thread with the full list of over 150 on), I don't seem to have made one for you, so I'm assuming it's not one of mine. Although I do appreciate that dividers along with cars do change hands. Could you tell me where you got the divider from please? All the dividers I make are test fitted in my own car to ensure the fit is correct - And I do not have the thicker pile carpet, just the thin OEM one. I maybe able to help with your fitment issues if you'd like to drop me a PM. I've tried various different methods to ensure a snug fit, so I could possibly suggest one that'll help.
  7. The distinct lack of visibility out of the rear screen due to the louvre would be more of a concern regarding failing an MOT
  8. StevoD might know - he parked next to it. (It's his with the BGW). Steve......?
  9. Comment removed as I was just thinking aloud and reading it back, I've decided to stop thinking aloud.
  10. Looks awesome mate. I never recognised the car in all its livery at Niss Show, otherwise I'd have come on over. Maybe I should of recognised the 'repaired' front lip Nice work
  11. Great shots, thanks for sharing. Lets get your car on our stand next time BBK, Tradelink have a white diesel 350Z for sale ATM. Apparently.....
  12. It WILL happen again and I've already promised we'll have a club stand (even if it's just me and you Humpster)
  13. Superb pics Dave Thanks for sharing them mate
  14. Orange? Ergh Yuck There's another item to add to your parts collection on it's way to you as I type....
  15. Hello and You're in an enviable position of being close to the Zed Shed. But from your symptoms (and the fact you've already changed the CPS and plugs), I'd say it was a coil pack(s) breaking down. There seem to be quite a few doing this ATM (mine included). I think it's since we left the EU.... I hope you get it sorted soon (I'm sure you will) and can enjoy the car again.
  16. Nice one dude Did you manage to de-mod the '50 at all? (Looks overhead for vultures)
  17. WOW! What a show! A big THANK YOU to everyone that made the trip and came along today, For once, the show was within an hour from me, so felt like a local event . I know some of you travelled quite some distance to attend today and it's very much appreciated. Good to see you again Lee; sorry you couldn't make it in the '70 (we needed 370Z representation on our stand) and I'm sorry you felt it was a disappointment. It was the first Japanese Performance Show and traders are often nervous to dip their toe to these events for the first one. I do agree it would have been nice to have seen a few more trade stands though. Footfall is never expected to hit the quoted numbers on Facebook, and even with 15 spaces booked and paid for on our own club stand, we only had 11 cars. I think there were many more than 200 cars, but they were swallowed by the vast area that the show hall(s) covered. But, what there may have been lacking in quantity, was certainly made up for with the outstanding quality of cars on display. Personally I felt it was a brilliant show, and I'd even say (for cars on display) probably the best I've been to so far this year. I did feel the need to keep revisiting the show and shine hall to take another look around, often spotting something I'd missed on the previous visit. For example; I must of walked past the Missubishi Evo parked behind the stunning blue R34 a number of times before I noticed the single seat in the centre of the car (like a Mclaren F1) - the engineering involved was breathtaking. There really were so many well presented and jaw droppingly gorgeous (and inspirational) cars in the S&S that I gave up taking photos. Plus Davey_83 had his camera, so I knew that box would be ticked And only one R35 GTR. I think every other one in the country is still at Rockingham
  18. Well, I'm sure you've all seen by now, but for those that haven't, here's my wrapped Zed in all it's technicolour glory. Massive thanks must go to Mopedmark for helping sort some of the bodywork niggles that a car of 12 year vintage and 105k+ miles picks up over time. Cheers mate Plenty more pictures of the wrap and the wrapping process can be found in 'the other' thread here: http://www.350z-uk.c...ore-pics-added/ And with the remaining shows this year, I'm sure there'll be plenty more pics to follow.
  19. Okay, so I hope all your Zed's are clean and shiny for tomorrow Looks like it might rain again tonight, so doubt mine will be by the time I get there. Just to confirm my understanding of who's meeting who and where. I'm meeting up with Max and Jacob at the Holiday Inn Express, Stratford Rd, Warwick CV34 6TW (Just off J15 M40) at 08:00 and leaving at 08:15 No one seems to have taken Davey up with his offer of meeting up the other side of Stoneleigh (I think the offer of cuddles may of put you off), so I'm assuming we'll all just hook up at the show.. Sorry your Z can't make it Lee, but appreciate you still coming along to say hi. See y'all tomorrow. Have a safe journey
