Hello fellow fox haters! After my disaster last weekend with the ginger vermin I'm having to replace my radiator. I've got Mishimoto fans on the way (hopefully) and they do a radiator as well but its a bit pricey compared to the Japspeed one (£150 vs £215). Does anyone know if Mishi fans and Japspeed radiator will fit together ok and can someone explain to me the difference in quality, I am quite an aggressive driver but don't do racing or other crazy stuff and my car is otherwise unmodified. Oh and please don't tell me to I've already bothered that poor man enough for one lifetime. Cheers Luka

Thanks guys, I've gone for a plastic weld/bond on the bumper with some shiny ZMANALEX mesh to replace the plastic grill as the budget option. If you see my other post I've got bigger problems now. Cheers.

Following my argument with the fox I'm after a Radiator Core Support and the Dual Fan Mount that sits immediately behind it, basically the big plastic mounts that hold it all in place. Possibly a radiator as well though waiting out on that. Regarding the radiator and fans what are the advantages of going for a fancy Mishimoto set? Some trader advice and input would be welcome.

Ideally second hand in pristine condition painted gunmetal grey. Yeah right I know. Anyway any help much appreciated! Cheers Luka P.S Oh and possibly a front cooling fan as well!

I think I might get a front splitter to go over the crack and new mesh from somewhere. If anyone has any recommendations that would be much appreciated. In addition having looked at this morning the front left cooling fan has been knocked out of its socket, not sure what the extent of the damage is there, right hand one seems ok but now I guess I need to look out for overheating though there were no signs of it for 30mins on idle this morning. What a mess.

Think I'm going to have to go for Option 1 unless I can find a suitable option 2..........I had no idea respraying just a single bumper cost that much! This is so irritating I could scream.

Right so just outside of camp my car gets head butted by this giant ginger vermin fox thingy. There is plastic inside the interior of the engine bay and I'm worried that something might get stuck somewhere where it does some real damage to the motor. Any advice would be much appreciated. Ok so the resonated Cobra exhaust arrived exactly on the day Tarmac said it would, was installed in no time without any problems and now sounds incredible. I'm usually cautious about heaping praise on people for doing exactly what I paid them to do but in this case I'm a very happy customer and can recommend both the product and the supplier. Now about that carbon gear knob.......

No way, not unless I want it to fall off half way round the M25. I'm in the army so a friendly military mechanic is sorting it out for me. I don't know how to upload vids of it but ill give it a shot when its all done. I want to buy some wheels as well but this has broken the bank this month so I have to console myself by browsing for replacement gear knobs (ooh er mrs etc). Cheers for sorting me out Tarmac now hurry up and get it to me, gimme gimme gimme!

Just ordered a Cobra exhaust to replace my stock one which failed horribly and has died a rusty painful noisy death. Anyone on here give me a hint as to how much Admiral are going to gouge me for an aftermarket exhaust? Even though my understanding is it does nothing to the performance of the car, its just the back box and mid pipe I got by the way.

Didn't really like the sound of the Scorp, I don't know whether it was the videos poor sound quality but its a little bit metallic and raspy, sort of cheap sounding and not to my taste. I did however splash out on a new resonated Cobra exhaust which will hopefully give me much happy motoring. In the mean time ill sit in my room and make brum brum noises.

That Cobra system sounds lovely.......no the y-pipe seems fine and so is the mid-pipe, if I get the back box do I have to replace the mid pipe as well?? Seems a shame since the current looks fine. I think non-resonated is the way forward though!

Ok, they say there is no such thing as a stupid question but I get the feeling I'm about to break that rule.....what's a full cat-back system? Is it the back box, mid pipe and y-pipe all together like a complete system or something else? I think only my back box needs replacing so do I get any benefit out of spending the extra cash? I'm mostly interested in how the car sounds rather then a performance increase. That's mostly because I'm a very shallow person.
