Lots of effort indeed! Only way Have been looking for somewhere to store it locally when I'm not using missed out on the perfect size garage the other week

So there hasn't been any updates for a while, progress has been slow but the car is now in the bodyshop. I stripped all the bumpers, handles and badges off etc and began to flat stuff done in preparation for fresh paint. Worst part by far was stripping the mirrors completely down as I have decided to do the base plates gloss black. Overview of the work being done, Full respray in standard colour wv2, Gloss black door handles, mirror baseplates and b pillar trims, Smoothed off plate holes and nissan badge on front bumper, Jdm rear bumper painted my colour and fitted, Corrosion free bonnet painted and fitted, Smoked side repeaters and insides of the front headlights done gloss black. I will also be fitting all my carbon goodies with the help of my mates bodyshop once all the painting is done and car back together. Here are some pictures of the process/progress Here are some pictures of the front bumper smoothing, using an old damaged bumper I made plugs for the holes which were then plastic welded in place, likewise I have begun the same for the nissan badge. Scott, I also had the same problem when I fitted them in my Corsa. I'm 6ft 2 and the height of them didnt give me much room for my knees below the steering wheel. As you say they look wicked in a zed, kind of glad I let mine go though, myself il probably go for a set of brides. What seats are you thinking of now?

Didn't fancy the dark bronze that they do? Is what I'm probably going for. Can't wait to see this get built up, been looking at how much a 2jz swap would be......

Very nice wheels be ordering a set from Chris in the next few weeks. Probably going to go for the same set up although maybe 10's on the front....

Inspiration for my zed

They do look mint in a zed. Mine were the same but had grey alcantara centres would have looked great in my silver stone grey zed. But messed around with mine enough to fit my Corsa let alone the 350z. Keep it up! May encourage me to buy another pair lol

The Corsa ones are probably the worst ones to get to fit in other cars. I believe the mini and focus ones you may be able to get the 350z rails for a fit to them. I sold my old Corsa vxr seats last week from my Corsa c which were destined for the zed as just deemed it too much of a pain to get them to fit. Is a shame as there very nice seats

Nice to see that you are beginning to organise/get started with the build! can't wait to see it all done nice to see a fair few SC Zeds on here now. Plan to start collecting bits next year once my visual mods are done.... We can compare builds! Keep the updates coming! P.s bumper is all flatted down and got hold of a corrosion free bonnet which is half prepped on the way to mint paintwork

Thanks for that guys I think 11j et30 will be what il go for on the rear and 10j et25 I plan on 2 degrees camber all round for a bit of dare I say it stance.... Soon as I have the money will get them ordered up!

Hi guys, Have decided what wheels I want for my zed! But need help with the fitment as I plan on running 11j rear and 10j front for a nice bit of concave... Was thinking 11j et32-35 for the rear? Or maybe a lower offset? And for the front something like 10j et35 aswell? If anyone with 10j fronts could shed any light on this that would be great also the guys with 12j rears what kind of offsets are you guys running? Don't want to carry out major arch work a quick arch roll is fine but no pulling or custom arches etc. Sorry for all the questions but don't want to spend almost 2k on wheels and wait 8 weeks for them to be made only for them not to fit!
