I don't I understand; why spent time, effort and money fixing something just to sell it off immediately? If you're going to sell it, why not do it now? Wasso did an LS conversion (Don't think it was specifically a 3 though) with the Zed Shed doing a fair amount of work on it. There's a thread in here somewhere.
