I have an extremely audacious request/plead for help. I'm attending the Ace a Cafe meet, and I have a new pioneer Avh x2600bt, with wiring harness, new amp, and sub ready to install. The only thing stopping me is my technical knowledge, as I'm about as technical as a dead rabbit. I was wondering if anyone attending would be able to give me a hand installing. The amp and sub are of secondary importance but it would be great if some kind hearted soul would take pity on me, in exchange for some beers?? Depending on your budget, I'd also consider. E46 M3 Z4 Couple/Z4M RX7 Integra It all depends on what you're looking for. Power up the rev range - S2000 Torquey engine - 350z Tuneable turbo - Supra. GT4 is also a good shout. Guys at Japex have one, and it does look great.

Can the amp be fitted with the existing oem wires? Or is re-wiring necessary?

Based on my preliminary research, I don't believe it's possible. Was wondering if it's possible to replace the bose amp and sub using oem wiring? Looking for a simple plug and play install to complete my pioneer avh 2600. My speakers will remain stock. Also how would one bypass the parking brake when installing a new hu?

You've seen these threads a million times, but I'm just looking for confirmation on what I require to install my Pioneer double din. Lastly is it easy to install a replacement for the Bose amp? Apologies for the noob questions.

Install an aftermarket nav. The oem one is old and redundant.

A remapped ed 30 are very quick. On paper quicker than the z and lighter. Unless he's a bad driver, I wouldn't do it. Wouldn't be a massacre but would expect the ed 30 to win

Seriously Nissan of you're going to make a 1.5 tonne car at least fit a handbrake that can hold the car on the slightest gradient. Had my handbrake adjusted at Japex and around September and now it's not holding the car in place. Is there a fix or is it something I have to live with?

Wouldn't have thought you could have got a face lift gt for 7k? Anyway OP buy on condition rather than mileage/age but preferable to go with the face lift. Bear in mind that some face lifts drink lots of oil. Good luck

Did the decats through the engine management light? Bolts etc included?

I've just upgraded the fronts to black Diamond discs and yellowstuff pads. I wound recommend going with dba and ds2500 if tracking. Clark motorsport have a special offer on dba's, check the website.

I'd go for decats but don't fancy starring at the engine management light.

Have a feeling the new supra will be considerably more expensive than the new Z. If we assume that the GT86 is the celica equivalent then the supra will be the halo model. I'm hoping the new Z will be twin turbo 350 hp and around 1400kg.

What would a v6 turbo be like on emissions and fuel economy as that's what dictates the shift to turbo engines.

Speculation that a new Z car will launch in 2016 and it'll be time to wave goodbye to N/A engine. Quite surprised Nissan is bothered with a New Zed considering the poor sales of the 370z, and decline in the sports car market, coupled with the stiff competition from direct and indirect rivals (New Tt, Z4, Sti, GT86, New Supra and NSX). What would you want from a new Z? I expect a completely different exterior, and a considerable weight reduction by moving to a 4 pot and a slight power increase. Hopefully some tech could be passed down from the GTR
