Good question mate.
I got a quote through go compare no problem from them. I'm 21 and he kept saying "You're a young driver and it's a high end car" which annoyed me…very patronising considering I've given them over £2k for one years premiums.
I've emailed asking why I can obtain a quote online but not over the phone so we'll see what they have to say
Welcome along mate.
I'm 6ft 2 and fit comfortably in…only problem is if someone parks close to your door,,,,can be a squeeze getting in then!
Double Din is what's required for a 350 anyway so should be fine
Top write up mate...I wimped out and got someone to do it for me. I've got the same LED side markers
PS when I added them to my insurance it went UP £60!
Bobby - meet Nix - she's a girrrrrrl
Nix - look at the willy waving contest you've started with one mention of the Gym
Haha sorry Nix, my mistake.
Always nice to meet a girl who takes her workouts seriously
Different studies say different things.
Some folk argue that a whey isolate is best after a workout as it's digested fastest.
Others say whey and casein is optimal...some say you need simple carbs after a session...some say complex.
There's not really a definitive answer
As Jay said grab a shake. If you choose a whey isolate, it'll be very low in calories...especially if you have it with water as opposed to milk.
Are you a man by the way? If so then 1200-1500 cals is way too low. Unless you're about 5ft you'll be eating way under maintenance
