  4. The data is in ixbrl, software can be whatever does the job as long as it transmits the data in the required format as I've signed up to their developers program.
  5. Guys, I'm after a bit of software (hopefully free) to transmit some data to a government gateway. I have the authorisation in place to send the data but I'm not a software developer so I have nothing to send it with. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction without swamping me with technical specs? Best wishes, Craig

  12. Actually I think bulking is more weight in general, hitting heavy weights in the gym to gain overall mass with less attention to lean mass. Cutting is stripping away fat and leaving the lean muscle tissue.
  13. Nice one Dan, I agree. I used to be one of those people and it's taken a long time to see that it's a fairly pointless existence training every hour of the day (slight exaggeration) and the only person that really benefits is you when you crack one out over yourself in the mirror because you look too hot. No one else really cares what you look like, unless you're fat and then they'll point it out all day long. Having said that I do still love to train legs, cant beat a nice set of quads, yum yum
  14. If they sound better to you then nice one. Ignore this lot, I think their underpants are wound up too tight
  15. Good balanced diet, watching fat levels, cutting out junk and booze, plus training hard 3-4 times per week will sort that out. Keep a calories diary too, that will show you were you going wrong. I lost 2 & 1/2 stone last year on this basis.

  20. Guys, I need to get round a lot of postcodes in a day, is there any free software out there that I can just copy and paste postcodes into and get the most efficient route, save me time doing it manually?
  21. I have to admit after decades of using supplements the only one that ever gives me any gains would be creatine, nothing else compares. There's been a few high brow documentaries showing that lots of supplements are a waste of time. I don't think anything can beat a well balanced diet. I would go so far to say that I reckon a lot of perceived gains are probably a placebo style boost. Probably cheaper just to get on the gear tbh.
