  1. Go forward 11 hours! If the mileage goes up I'm suing.
  2. Change away? How? With verbal commands? "Go back an hour and I'll give you Optimax instead of Momentum" I don't want to break it and I can live with adding on an extra hour. Until I've had a drink. Then I NEED to know how to change it. But I'm guessing I can figure it out now I know that I need to hold that button. In my defence, I showed someone how to change the time on a Skoda. This is way harder.
  3. Someone has a JDM grey car (same colour as mine) that I see a lot in the next street to me. I live very close to Kwik Fit in Farnborough and I've seen it drive down my emergency parking street (when I can't get the dedicated space) but it's never parked on the street ever. There is also an 06 one the same colour that I have seen in Fleet a lot but always when I'm on my bike and not once when I'm in the car. Oh, and there is a 53 plate orange one where my parents live (Leigh, near Wigan) that I see everytime I go back. Anyone on here? And the 370z with a registration of 370Z. The passenger clocked me but the driver didn't.
  4. I can't do it. The manual says to refer to something I can't understand. How do I change the time on the clock please?
  5. With my last car I only ever left it in gear if I was on a slope but the handbrake on this car is pants in comparison. I leave it in gear every time now and even keep on the brakes when I'm driving and stopped on a steep hill.
  6. I had one person aged about 30-ish who I think was possibly a smack head give me an appreciative nod and thumbs up when I was waiting at traffic lights. It wasn't long after I bought the car and so it took me a few minutes to realise his crazy gestures were aimed at the car.
  7. Do I detect that you support Apple, sometimes a little blindly?
  8. I read misread the title as 'Spanish Guitars' so was quite excited.
  9. I can't believe you bought a toy 350z, that is so sad... viewtopic.php?f=29&t=52330
  10. Yep, I now own two very similar models, only the newest arrival has non standard wheels fitted. Here they are parked happily together:
  11. I would rather know if it's good enough before considering any deals!
  12. I'm going to buy a 1l bottle just to top us as the car has used a small amount since I got it. Castrol Edge is £17 but Magnatec is roughly a £1billion pounds cheaper and I always thought the Magnatec was good stuff. I would rather pay more for better oil but is it better? I'm probably going to buy the expensive stuff anyway just for piece of mind but opinions would be good. Is it all just personal preference?
  13. Is this the one with the floor panel that falls out because he is going soooo fast? If so I believe it is the first showing of the "danger to manifold" sensor that we all now rely on. A chav's wet dream after filling up with Halfords tat.
  14. Oh come on, we've all done it. This guy happens to be caught on camera, which is just unlucky. I do similar most days
  15. I've got a new work phone (an HTC Desire, which is a Windows type phone) and it will not work handsfree. It says it has paired but the audio does not come through the speakers. I've read that this is a common problem with this type of phone but has anyone got one to work? If so how? Apparently using the voice activated stuff will work but the car cannot really understand my accent so this is tricky.
  16. Hang on, the glovebox is more secure than the car I have an idea. I will keep something in there that will make their key useless. Such as........the steering wheel
  17. Should be 3 keys I believe. So someone somewhere has a key to my car
  18. This valet key....well... I don't have one Both of my keys are identical and have the buttons on them. Did all cars originally come with one normal key and one valet key?
  19. Anyone from here? I was the dude in the grey....................Nissan.................350z Lovely looking car, especially like the colour
  20. I too have a clicking rear axle I'd never noticed it at all until yesterday and now I can hear it all the time. How much (roughly) would I need to pay at an independent to get it fixed? The clicking is usually a few clicks when I set off and is far worse if I'm turning right I've noticed. Note that I don't turn left a lot so I don't know if it's as bad. I'm not sure if it's the CV joint or droplinks but it sounds exactly like someone hitting metal with a spanner or something. I live near Fleet in Hampshire, there is a garage that can do this work there yes? I'm not sure if I'm allowed to name them but I think they come recommended here and luckily they are 5 minutes from where I work.
  21. I thought some of you were exaggerating with the mpg figures as mine showed 26.0 when I bought it and had slowly crept up to 26.2! I reset it today at the start of a rather long drive and at a steady indicated 75-80mph it was pushing 35 mpg! It was still over 34 for the whole trip, which including a bit of hoonage once off the motorway. I'm actually quite shocked, but in a good way.
  22. That makes a surprising amount of sense, although it would have been nice if they switched to an integrated bluetooth device as soon as the standard was defined. I've purchased one from a very nice member now and so my car should be fully complete soon.
  23. Sooooooooooooooooooo, does that mean you now have one for sale?
