  1. ahh great news .tbh i dnt like having TCS on because every time it slips it kills the power too which is proper annoying .an okay that makes sence as there was an old land-rover next to mine so maybe that's where I picked up the transfer box reference. he did definitely say it damages something tho . Having traction control off has absolutely no effect or damage on the zed. I have had mine for getting on 6 years now, and I like to take it off occasionally when I fancy a bit of fun! Also, I had my camshaft position sensor go on the car at one point, and until I got the replacement part delivered, I had to uplug the sensor. I had traction control off for about 3 months constantly (because a lot of that time was trying to figure out what part to get). Nothing happened to the Zed, except I learned how to control her without the TCS.
  2. There are always other options. You could also try TORQEN, Tarmac Sportz, the Cougar Store etc. All in the professional traders section with others too. http://cougarstore.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1_14 http://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/products.aspx?CategoryId=bd91a45f-0c79-4f9b-b7a5-67bba6937d96 http://www.torqen.uk/172-clutches?orderby=price&orderway=asc One kit suitable from Clark Motorsport that I know of: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/95545-new-xtreme-clutch-organic-inc-smf-350z-de/ thank you for links .do i need to get the flywheel when i buy a clutch kit or can the clutch just be changed solely It's always highly recommended to have the flywheel changed at the same time as the clutch take it as an opportunity to get a lightweight flywheel to get more responsive revs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. It's just the lack of that lovely exhaust noise that I can't deal with. Also when I had. BMW 320 cd M Sport, the lag irritated the hell out of me! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. In all honesty, as I live in Luxembourg, I had to get an exhaust with a TÃœV certificate. The only two exhausts that offer this from the factory were Invidia and Milltek. However, the Invidia Gemini is a bit of a forum favourite as far as I'm aware. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Hey, no it won't cause you any issues at all... fitting a stainless steel system means that the quality will be better and it will not corrode... the invidia gemini for example comes with a lifetime guarantee!
  6. I'm not sure how I feel about this diesel chat...
  7. I think you've got yourself a potential money-maker there! I get the impression the R32 GTR's value is going to be on the rise very soon! Personally, I've been looking at getting an R33 GTR
  8. There's actually a carbon insert that you can buy off eBay that I've heard is a good fitment for the middle part of your front bumper. Assuming you have a pre-facelift?
  9. My sons friend didn't vote. And now he won't shut the hell up about ignorant bigots voting him out of the EU. I've told him his opinion means nothing. He asked why, and I told him, he had a chance to formally express that opinion last week, and chose to go to the pub instead. That he clearly didn't care about the UK or the EU, so why should the people who did vote care about your opinion? "....yeah, but, blah, blah, blah" Students are dicks. Oh my god... have we learnt nothing! Are ALL students dicks?! - I jest. However, I do agree. If you didn't vote and you could have, then you have absolutely no right to b*tch and moan about the result. I didn't vote, but that is because I was not provided with the opportunity!
  10. Hell, I'm taking foreigners' jobs here in Europe...
  11. Oh, you love it! haha
  12. I don't necessarily agree with that, if you vote you're buying into the system. What if you just flat out don't agree with the system as it stands? Your option at that point is to opt out and if people really wanted things to change they would indeed stop voting. Unfortunately, that only really works if there is a minimum turnout imposed on the referendum... if there is no minimum voting turnout, then the side with the most votes obviously wins... and your lack of vote changes nothing.
  13. If it was post-brexit vote, they could have seen you have an english plate and ignored your flash due to the result?
  14. Okay, so my attempt at light-hearted humour didn't go down so well. On a more serious note, I suggest consulting this article from the FT. http://blogs.ft.com/ftdata/2016/06/24/brexit-demographic-divide-eu-referendum-results/ What Chesterfield is saying is in fact correct in principle, I think maybe the way it's written is being taken badly. But ultimately, I agree that generally he is correct in what he is saying. I personally am curious with regards to the voting figures to understand whether or not people who were considered 'not eligible' to vote were included in the figures? I am 28 years old, and my brother 26. Neither of us were allowed to vote due to living abroad, and not having registered to vote the last time we were residing in the UK (roughly 5 and 3 years ago respectively). For that, I am irritated.
  15. Romanians are lazy Since everyone seems to be quoting everyone, I thought I'd just quote something else that can be very easily taken out of context due to editing their initial statement Edit: (I'd also just like to point out that I do not agree with that statement if it was the case)
  16. I would be interested to find out whether the total number of figures per age group took into account voters that were not provided the chance to have a vote in the first place (such as myself) despite being a UK passport holder.
  17. Black on grey would look awesome I have no doubt! Unfortunately I'm looking to stay with the WV2 motif that I've managed to maintain so far!
  18. I think that's because (from what I know) LHD 350Zs were limited editions for the European market (mine has a plaque in it saying it is number x out 350 for the French market. It's a shame, but makes me so happy that I have one and it's that little bit more different over here!
  19. I've had confirmation that mine has never had 95 in it since new! haha You have no idea how many times I have arrived at a petrol station only to find they have no 98 fuel left (based on 5 years of owning the car). I just potter along to the next station!
  20. Shame this isn't in WV2... I am in need of one.
  21. Alternative? Bit more of a drive, but it's got traders, entertainment, a circuit, DJs playing into the night.... www.reisbrennen.de I'm taking my 350Z, so is my mate here and we've got about 15 other JDM cars in our convoy so far.
  22. I am exactly the same as you Olly... I lose my temper so easily and end up just giving myself a timeout... but it all works out in the end usually. You get so much more satisfaction from doing it yourself! haha ... even if you are almost on the verge of suffering a stroke in the process!
