well compression test done, all cylinders running approx 11 bar, or about 160Psi, cylinder 1 was very slightly less, cylinder 6 was very slightly higher, so sounds pretty normal thankfully.
But nearly all the spark plugs were caked up and showing breakdown at the white insulation part of the plug, had them replaced and now the car feels much smoother, even the engineers thought it wasnt firing properly as the engine would 'jump' during idle, which has now gone.
Gave it some beans and i think its better power pick up, feels so lower down, much smoother too, i wonder what the dyno would show now?
Also the burning smell i reported when giving it full beans has now gone, so gasses must have been escaping via the plugs.
