  1. I have a set of Stillen sway bars surplus to requirements as my new Zed already has up-rated ones on. These were from Tarmac see - viewtopic.php?f=166&t=48823&p=730836&hilit=Stillen+Sway+bars..&sid=ba9711d8a90bb6a277a4e89a6859650b#p730836 Brand new never fitted. £300.00 including delivery Thanks for looking. P.S Sorry to the site admins forgot to put a pic with my name on last time
  2. A word of caution from my recent MOT - the inspector said that as of next year if a car was manufactured with Cats on it had to have them to pass MOT irrelevant of weather it was below emissions or not. I'm not sure if that makes any odds I know mine won't get close to a pass with de-cats so I would have to swap them for MOT if I was keeping them but I'm swapping for Berks HFC's when I get the UPrev done. Just thought I'd mention it as the inspector thought it worth telling me.
  3. See I knew it was a bad idea to read this again you will cost me money Just found CCS 1 ZED my initals are CCS it is actually CC 51 ZED but you get the idea but it is over £1k on DVLA !!!!! Not just yet me thinks.
  4. Is it me or have you got short legs? 32cm inside leg thats 12.5 inches ....????
  5. You should see the box Tarmac sent me a boot mat in!!!! I don't think he wanted it to get folded
  6. 2 psi, if you don't mind. Don't lose the caps........... Love it!!
  7. Am I that transparent ??? I didn't spend all day Saturday sorting the SC (and chipping my nails ) for fun you know. Actually it was fun but that's not the point. The plan was to lull Captain into a false sense of security - failing that I can always let his tyres down.
  8. Its not a race Captain is going to show me all the right lines and breaking points for CC and we are going to have a gentle pootle round the track Captain - I got 2 £7 cameras and have ordered 2 8GB cards so I can have them front and back just need to get int he same group as you...... If not I'll be bringing my camera along as well
  9. Him - Fancy a quicky? Her - No Him - Mind laying still while I have one? OR (more likely) Him - Fancy a quicky? Her - As opposed to what exactly??????
  10. O dear black flags now I'm really worried ya nutter! What size memory card are you using? Great vid and pics (like the slide )
  11. Hello and Welcome Got a 2006 service repair manual on CD may help, PM me your address I'll send you a copy. I'm also running a V2 vortech so may be able to look/photo things you need.
  12. Yup that was mine Funny as its now advertised for more than I bought it for but then it was advertised at £11k in Feb/March this year But prices are droping! But he seems to have spent out on it ... wheels have been refurbed new tyres (looks like a set of part worn) He did drop me a line to say they had gone to town on her to get top dollar on the sale ..... don't know if he did the rear drop link or CV (one was clicking) He has had the stone chips done as well. Best of luck to him - got a great plate as well
  13. Still have 2 sold 1 with last Zed as could not keep it (older MY) Will probably get another
  14. or NOS in your case It must have cost big money, the spec on the one I was reading was huge £££ wise but for the same money TT would be more power and from what I've seen some mad torque SC will give you 300 - 400 on stock internals with a more linear delivery. A lot of American SC's are getting 450whp on stock internals (or they claim to be) wonder how long they will last though?
  15. +1 could't hear a clatter zorst sounded nice though
  16. Max power I know about on an N/A is 350bhp - But it would be cheaper to go FI to get those sort of figures. This had loads done GT2 Head, uprated vale springs conrods, forged pistons camshafts the works.
  17. You could buy a braided fuel hose but the OE hose is rubber so apparently Nissan don't see the relative proximity to a hot exhaust as an issue. I thought that putting two jubilee clips on would have done the trick but haven't a clue how the hose could split like that. True but Nissan would say it's a perishable so not covered by warranty - Heat wrap would stop it going brittle for longer but not stop it splitting. It may have got a small nick in it when tightened or its just vibrations - she's not "soft" on the suspension and you have seen my road!!!! I'll check it in a week or so to be sure.
  18. The only other alternatives I can think of are male female connectors but you would need the lines readymade (like the brake line kits) and as mentioned the pipe on the car is a straight metal pipe - I assume that like most cars when new they have the spring type locking clips on??? however these are the same as a jubilee clip and are not reusable. So it's all your fault then mate If you hadn't looked after her so well the belt would be old and not have stretched on the drive over and the fuel line - well that would have gone anyway - as Sam said his was going inthe same place - could be a combination of heat and vibration. I'll add some heat wrap as suggested next time I'm underneath.
  19. You posted this in jokes by mistake mate
