    Richmond Hill

Yep, aerokit side steps, look really good with the front splitter, NASCAR style!

    Richmond Hill

...took the Zed for a spin (ended up near BAE in Frimley, Will?) Rather than the usual back roads into my place in Richmond, stopped on the Hill, weather cleared - stunning place to be whipped out the iPhone and snapped a few. You might spy Twickenham stadium in the background

  5. If England played the most dull, boring, 1-0 targeted football .. and won the tournament - I wonder if people would complain then...
  6. Germany, although if you want dark horses (relatively speaking) then the French are in tremendous form at the moment.
  7. Stillen - if you want something that sounds good but still maintains performance. Panel filter if you want 1bhp extra on top of the 250bhp you already have...

  10. Have read a few books about him and generally he is as close to superman in mortal form as you can get - absolutely nails ex-SAS. In the Top Gear interview he very calmly talks about having to cut his own fingers off etc - the best bit is when some locals in his barracks village complained of a film company setting up in the village centre and generally making a mess of it, lots of noise etc - so he went and signed for some explosives and blew the set up. ...despite incredible intelligence he actually lost his first car, was in germany or something and parked it, got drunk, couldnt remember where it was parked the next day and never found it again
  11. I was with the marketing director from our company as well, so the pair of us being whizzed around town, got back to our hotel in the cars around 1am and they wanted to do vodka shots - we both said no thanks tired etc - when they drove off we both looked at each other, almost psychic in its moment, just turned without a word and walked into the bar next door and ordered a pint each!
  12. This is a Moscow thing, not a Beemer thing in my view - had a work trip to Moscow a few years back and the CEO and her daughters boyfriend (bizarre as it may seem) took me out to see the night time street circuit in their Infinity and BMW cars. Was quite amazing watching on public roads between roundabouts cars hammering it off from lights and going sideways etc. In those two cars though they were racing each other through Moscow streets hitting about 100mph across a bridge at one point (I 5hit you not) absolutely ridiculous, and we weren't the only ones.
  13. I had stillen intake spacer milltek Berkshire combo on mine gained around 19bhp I think from memory although the big thing for me was seeing a wonky bhp and torque line become very flat and consistent :-)

  17. Couple of parts need to go. Air deflector, pre facelift UK Zed - replaced with Stillen splitter so surplus to requirements - £50 - ideally picked up from me in Richmond, Surrey or I am going to Jimbos meet up later in the month. Could look into a box solution though if you need it delivered. Engine Cover £40, again be good if someone can collect or take it off me at Jims meet as its quite bulky but can look into delivery. Cheers

  19. I take your point that it is a minority, and always will be, but the jist of the programme from what I could see was the inaction of security and police forces to act against it when it did happen. Imagine a thousand strong people in a terrace singing anti-semitic songs and chanting nazi slogans whilst doing a nazi salute in the UK, the game would in all likelihood be stopped and fans from the club ejected and club fined. It was in my view, the inactivity then the complete denial from leading people in the police force that this behaviour occurred instead saying it was 'a way of pointing at opposition supporters' for example.
  20. A few bits coming up in the news - Ukraine governement still saying its no worse than anywhere else and in fact no where near as bad as some of Europe - what they seem to be missing is that at least in most nations like the UK we actively acknowledge it as a problem and it is not tolerated, whereas they simply wont.
  21. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=52351&start=0 In case you do fancy a go at it - looks complex in the instructions but once you take off the cover its all quite nicely laid out and intuitive.
  22. Have you actually had the top off the gear stick area to check the alignment? I had a clutch change and had the same problem, a quick check some realignment and hey presto all is well again. Worth check properly as it only takes 10 minutes to pull all the covers off and take a look.
  23. Hmmm not sure for me - gold looks a bit cheap sorry! Lights are deffo MoT failures, regardless of the bulb strength anything on a light which reduces the light in any form ie tinting is deemed MoT failure. It used to be a percentage of light, but now its an out and out MoT failure regardless. Probably asking to be pulled with those tints, but come MoT time make sure to change them over.
  24. Unfortunately UEFA/FIFAs clandestine objective of holding the cups in upcoming countries (raise football profile, raise funds, make Blatter et al richer) has massive weighting over the actual capability of those countries to effectively hold the damn thing. Russia was no where near the best option for the world cup, but as FIFA said, they wanted it in new territory - problem is that the likes of England spent nigh on £25m bidding for it when by default they cannot win it, because its not new territory - a fact not disclosed until the bidding process closed. Really...lets not assume Blatter and all the other corrupt, theiving, pocket lining cronies are doing anything thats good for the sport - its all about money in their pockets.
