  10. Is it really that serious for most people? I can understand that for someone with their own business (such as yourself) there might be implications, but I seriously doubt it will affect the average person. I would imagine that it will cause the markets to slow a bit and some people might lose their jobs etc., but it's not like being in the EU has stopped that before, or would prevent it happening going forward. Bobby, forget about business here, I've only expressed my opinion as a simple citizen / average Joe, not business owner. A few reasons worth mentioning here, but there are a lot more: • funded opportunities for young people to undertake study or work placements abroad; • access to European health services; • higher prices for German cars, French wines and cheese, Italian pasta and Parmegiano and so on • being able to work and live anywhere in EU - see the 2.2 mil British immigrants in EU - they would possible require working visa or to return to UK which would have an even bigger impact on the country. • because of companies willing to relocate outside UK after the LEAVE vote, that would mean huge job losses • being able to travel anywhere in EU without visa, holiday prices would definitely go up a lot. • as a Brit if you want to marry a hot Romanian girl it might be very difficult to settle together either in UK or EU. Here is a good video from Financial Times: and an interesting article from the Economist: http://www.economist.com/news/leaders/21693584-leaving-eu-would-hurt-britainand-would-also-deal-terrible-blow-west-real-danger
  11. Yep, the GBP it's still going down by the looks of it, check the other News thread for details. Hopefully it will stop and start going up again. It's all very muddy waters until we have a decision on the BREXIT referendum end of June I'm afraid. It's poised to go even lower / devalue if it's going to be a LEAVE vote.
  12. FX rate doesn't look good at all, dropped to 1.38 already from 1.58 when we've launched the website and published the prices... That's 12.65%. Hopefully we won't see it going all the way down to 1.1 as we had it before...
  13. I remember being in a similar situation two years ago. I was so sick while driving home from my office, nearly fainted on M1, but managed to drag the car to the first services and parked there. Called my wife to come pick me up as I couldn't drive anymore. My wife came and we left in her car, leaving my car in the car park with hazard lights on. Went straight to GP, from there to A&I. Got back to pick up the car the same day, in the evening, after feeling much better. They've sent me a parking fine a few days later. I called to explain what happened, they didn't care, kept asking to pay the fine. I said I won't pay anything, they can check the CCTV camera and I will provide evidence from GP if they need me to. Kept sending letters, probably 5-6, but after a while they stopped. I never paid anything.
  14. Oh, and I'm very surprised only 45 people on this forum care about this serious debate, casting their votes on this thread. I was expecting few hundred votes at least!
  15. Yeah, bloody immigrants going abroad to steal other people's jobs, putting pressure on their national health system  2.2mil only in Europe On a more serious note, this is what Cameron had to say about the referendum:
  16. I would imagine there are more Brits working in EU than 250k, out of a total of 2.2mil living in EU.
  17. Back in UK! What an amazing trip that was! I will post some more pics here when I get a chance, there is a lot to catch up with! Anything I missed, please let me know here or via PM.
  18. Hi guys, Back in UK, just catching up with orders, enquiries, forums, WhatsApp groups etc As mentioned on the News topic, we're keeping a close eye on the USD/GBP rate and adjust the prices accordingly. Increasing the prices is not a decision taken lightly, but we cannot run a business at a loss as you can imagine. It's not something we can control unfortunately, the FX market is very volatile now with all the BREXIT news. I'm not sure what old stock levels or prices other places have, but if they keep a vigilant eye on the business surely they won't make a loss. I'm sorry I can't comment on that as I don't know. As usual we will do our best to keep the prices as low as possible so you can enjoy cracking deals as always Should be able to get some final prices on this group buy early next week. Hopefully the FX will improve a bit by the end of the month.
