  5. I'm heading out in 30 mins to watch Spectre so not about but if you want it I can be around tomorrow morning?
  6. Sorry forgot to put my user name and date down when taking the pictures but as this is free I thought it would be ok... Anyway good condition back box and mid pipe from my 2007 revup roadster. Free to a good or needy home but this is collection only I'm afraid. Redhill / Reigate area near Gatwick. Would rather this get used by someone on here to keep their car on the road than me try to sell elsewhere.
  7. I know what you mean but the roof down experience far outweighs the downside of the looks with the roof up... especially in places like this....
  8. im a fair distance from you Kieran (down south near Gatwick) but I am going to be selling my 07 Azure roadster very shortly.... moving abroad so the car has to go
  9. surely he lives in a really Doogy neighbourhood
  10. Doogy im a civil / structural Draughtsman. we will be base out in Walnut Creek for the first part (staying with the father in law) and yes if I get work in town I am to get the Bart but I will also have another Motorbike out there.. will be looking to pop up to Vancouver now and again to get my fishing fix on the Fraser..... will have to drop by and see you sometime
  11. one step closer.... motorbike just sold... deposit taken and being picked up on Saturday
  12. its taken us 11 years getting in on a 'reuniting family' visa... it might take me a while longer to get you in and I am not sure they do a 'guy you talked to on a forum cause you own the same car' visa but I can have a look
  13. to be far its not the selling up or the move out there that's playing on my mind at the moment..... its going out there without any work lined up that's playing on my mind
  14. I think I might have to buy a V8....... be rude not to...... currently thinking Corvette
  15. we love it out there too... been visiting the area once or twice a year for the last 12 years
  16. will definitely need tax advice AliveBoy!!! we are planning on keeping our property here and renting it out so will have an income in the UK while being non dom... I think the Agents deal with paying the tax for us on that front but I am not sure and that's a conversation we need to have with them.... not sure we can have a large sum in our account here and jus transfer it out there with no issues? lots of questions on top of that but also need to sit with our account manager to sort out banking details.... loads to think about and do!!!
  17. yep at the Age of 41 I am emigrating to America (east bay San Francisco) at the beginning of February!!! one way flights booked and everything!! excited but bricking it at the same time It’s a long story but my Father in law lives out there and has been sponsoring us for our immigration visa application for years now and it has finally come through! We went for our medicals and interview at the US consulate last month and now hove our visas in hand. My wife has handed her notice in at work (3 months notice) and we have started the long and hard job of clearing, selling and junking our lives so far. We are taking very little with us, mainly clothes and anything really sentimentally valuable so all else has to go and its amazing how much stuff you can keep in a three bedroom house!!!! Its quite a task but we hope to be mostly clear by xmas so that we can have an easy time of it in January So in the near future the Zed will have to go too…. Just sold my Bike and already sold the wifes car Families have mixed feelings which is understandable but most of them are pleased for us even if they are finding it hard to outwardly show it…. We have known this was coming hence the long road trip around Europe this summer We have a place to stay when we get out there (at the father in laws) but don’t have work lined up yet…..
  18. yep no problem.... listening to the whole album... gets me in the mood for the gym later as an added bonus
  19. could have been worse... your old soppy black lab could have been named after the dog in the dambusters film.....

  21. training to failure is all part of the game of gains... bailing is part of that... "yeah sure I can squat that 140 no problems" but by the time you are on set 3 rep 8! knowing how to bail is important even if you are comfortable with the weight to start with.
  22. you call that heavy reinforcement.... Pah... the beams I am currently working on have over 90 32mm horizontal bars in one section alone never mind the multiple 16mm shear links... oh and the 25mm sidebars
  23. me personally I have used and would use a part worn tyre from a source that I trusted but it would be best to point out that the industry suggests part worn tyres may not be a safe or as good a deal as they seem. your money your choice http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/car-news/35532/used-tyre-scandal
