I take it rear quarter has been painted badly ? Was car accident damaged ? Clutch tends to ride high on zeds but may be on way out, was it slipping.on test ? Clutch on my first zed was replaced at 29,000 but on current one is still going strong at 46,000. If the car is not a cat C/D price sounds about right but if it don't feel right walk away. Tbh you are searching at bottom end of market and maybe you are being a bit picky but its a buyer's market at the moment so you can afford to be. At the money you are spending might be best looking for a JDM, you will get more bang for your buck.

£500 for front end respray including relocating the number plate and sorting out a scrape on one of the alloys. Not getting it done until end of April so all the salt and grit is clear from roads.

Another reason to go TVR if you want big V8 :-) It's a cracking day here and I'm missing the roof down V8 rumble

P3 is due this month so with supplies from Alex have changed the coolant, diff and gearbox fluid and fitted new aux belts and spark plugs. Also ordered a set of Black Diamond discs and pads from Cougar Store and fitted them Zunsport Grill arrived from Cougar Store The roof is being wrapped next week and front end respray booked for end of April

Was a doddle to fit and looks great :-) just need to sort out number plate. Thanks again to the Cougar store for supplying it

I was determined to get a Sunset when I first bought Zed and in doing that prob missed out on better cars at better price. This time just bought the best car for my budget rather than worry about colour and have ended up very happy with a great silver one. I do though still miss my Sunset - best colour imo

Jewel Lights for me. Re Rust - I looked at 3 XKRs before I bought my old Chimaera 2 were begining to go in rear arches and 1 had issues in front chassis rails and floor pan. Good to see you are getting on top of it Im still very tempted by the XKR and will prob get one at some point
