I've got P Zeros on my 'Stang, they are the most woeful tyres ever to take to the wet, damp, cold I've ever had. The kicker in that test, as in most, it's a front wheel drive car. Perfect in the dry, dangerous in the wet, cold conditions that we have now. They are only rated at 7 deg C, not to be used below that, that's from Pirelli themselves. So they only like Italian summer rain then. lol. Thanks for sharing, like I say, I will have to reevaluate my respect for Evo tests then. I'm lucky, in a perverse way, getting old and having a healthy pension pot (hopefully Brexit proof ), that 'Vette isn't far from my reach. Given the VED thing and the umpteen rises (mostly to do with the pound crashing), I think I was relatively lucky paying what I did for my Mustang when I first ordered. I wouldn't have paid £40k+ for one, good value as it is, it still needs a few quid on mods to get the best out of it and, the robbing barstewards that masquerade as Customs and Excise, don't help with the import of suitable mods. Brit suppliers just add their 20% if not more, robbing Knuts Maybe there will be a benefit from Brexit and The Trump being the President, no duty charges from the states

Back on topic, if you've already got a 350, there's not going to be that much difference by way of power, the biggest difference will be a more 'modern' cabin, but even that is starting to look a bit dated. In conclusion, my opinion is, try something completely different Leave the willy waving to the 'bike v car' gang

Just for clarity, Sterling Moss was, IMO, the bravest and best driver ever and he won no world championships. A real gentleman driver, with a talent that modern drivers will never have. His exploits in the Mille Miglia is enough to convince me.

Tut, tut, such hate for a lovely man, caring father and husband, who also won 3 world championships. Hamilton will never be knighted, due to his decadent lifestyle. If I'd won 3 World championships, I'd have cards printed up to present to everyone I met . Love his tartan trews and bunnet , such style. A true gent who was a genuine friend of Clark and Hill amongst others. However, he's from an era when it was much harder to win one, never mind three world championships. Back on topic, Verstappen will take a lot of beating this year , IMO.

He could drive anything F1/F2, saloons, won the Indy 500 and was leading the RAC rally, yeah he was good. Mind you, JYS may not have been the fastest but he was one of the cleverest and as you say was the first one to sell his image. I once stood next to JYS and my word was he diminutive. Pete IYO

What he said ^^ I wouldn't worry the current CEO of Ford like trucks, noise and big engines, after all isn't that what all real men want in life . I wonder if the CEO of Ford is a member of a car forum, that advocates the use and ownership of big engined, NA, noisy exhausted cars, bit like the folks on here?
