  1. All this purple talk for a while looking forward to the bay bling 'we want purple shiny things'
  2. pretty straight forward try and torque things up properly or you may sheer the pin bolt like i did
  3. here you go http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/59505-project-jdm-fog-light-update-feb-2013/ Amazing the guns do make it easier and it comes out evenly as well ive blotched up so many things recently because of impatience and a heavy hand
  4. you will have to wait dip, bumper is just being prepped for spraying, theres some other shots in my other thread about it
  5. haha its no way near finished so doesnt look the part ,you will be suprised the things you can make with a bit of cardboard filler and fibreglass, ive already done a one off rear bumper with same method
  6. This may not go to plan but worth a try anyone feel free to add some tips So had a load of fibre glass and stuff left over from my rear bumper project and i dont really want to dismantle my tablet to get it to fit in the z plus when i do how do i use it in the scooby then. Most tablet holders seem to be like the sat nav holder and i dont like them, plus it cant go where you want it to My only option was to make my own in car holder which i can fabricate points/size etc to mount and run the wiring from the tablet to head unit whilst maintaining an oemish look Will go in the glove box in the scooby and a mount will come out of the cup holder bit im thinking in the zed final holder will be plastidipped to a smooth finish Heres where i started, cut out a template the size of the tablet Cut out relevant holes Made sure the tablet actually fitted!!! couple of layers of fibreglass to hold everything in shape (not as easy as it sounds) Next up tommorow some sanding and filling
  7. Such a shame to see a nice low mileage car in such a state..... Could it be Keysers first 370 project It is indeed, not sure if even keyser can sort this one ...looks like its been wrapped round a pole and then hit with the pole afterwards You think thts bad i saw this and my heart jumped into my mouth...could this be a chance to get second hand bulge bonnet?? errrrrrrrr ..........unless i can buff it out...... no http://www.ebay.co.u...=item460d1bbf67
  8. try these guys dip ive got a few things off them now, see how much they want for seats http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2010-Nissan-370Z-3-7-Black-Edition-Breaking-Spares-/360500724198?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item53ef8481e6
  9. thanks wat shot i will prise the mother apart an get it done
  10. based on that rapid response it might be a stupid question but if you own a JDM and have one key you would ask the same question before you destroy it
  11. am i being a complete novice but seems i will break something if i try and prise my key appart to change battery, anyone done it?? also will i have to reprogram it or anything ive got to go out later want a smooth transition
  12. Have you tried wrapping? Much harder lol its actually not that bad watch some vids on youtube i had done half the car then ripped all off as needed much more dust free environment as bits of fluff etc managed to stick on it
  13. +1 was gonna add that you can get a pre mixed tin so can pour straight into gun ...if your gonna try make sure you mask it off right with tape...nothing worse than doing it then peeling off tape with roof dip attached to it!!
  14. you will get a matte finish (i presume black) unless its even, on a roof any mistakes will stick out like sore thumb even with wrapping with such large area, seen it done before though just trickier as any dust/bits will be attracted to it while drying
  15. a couple of people on here have, got to make sure your in dust free environment i believe the guy on here turned out quite well cant find link, but its doable i reckon with 3-4 cans to make sure you get even coverage as it is a large panel
  16. you guys are easily pleased go for it its a bargain http://www.ebay.co.u...=item4171277e55 1;10 scale maybe it is based on something

  21. exactly i still wanted to drive round in something that was relatively good looking and fun to drive and im glad its in white not very common for this model at all. I told admiral i wanted to buy the car and bring it home etc and they said its fine as long as the other car has no insurance on it at all and i would be only person connected to it insurance wise also i got fully comp not third party so maybe admiral have a different approach to it.
