So in a few hours I'll be driving from South London to Sheffield for a friend's wedding this weekend. Has anybody got any advice on any scenic routes on the way. Specifically going this early for the drive and possibly the opportunity to take some great photos on the way. Not necessarily the car. I really enjoy taking photos of the landscape. My hotel is in the Peak District so dependant on what time I get there, I might go for a hike. Planning on going on the Snake Pass. But that is all I know of. Pls help. Cheers!

That's shocking! How many folk would just accept it and pay up? They now have a BMW 1 series but would never use the Croydon one again. It's moved but I don't know if its the same people. Arran works for them! Now we use the dealership near Redhill. They give a great service!

Don't beat yourself up matey. We'll put it down to excitement. 40 + zeds and a few +1s , that's one hell of a first round you have to buy. Last time I was mentioned on the forum regarding alcoholic drinks, it was decided not to accept them in case I slipped something in them! And now you want drinks from me?

Yes has to be done in that order, but if I had more time I would have done more. Like a glaze, or taking alloy wheels off to clean thoroughly so you eat your dinner off them. Next time. Just before Wales I'll do that. I didn't even touch the interior. Thats at least another two hours. Paint correction didn't come out as well as planned. Will need to improve my skills and try again. Happy with my first attempt though.

Use the applicator and don't smother it on. Use sparingly.

My parents used to own a Mini Cooper. Took it into BMW Croydon, when it was on the Brighton Road as the gearbox (tiptronic-auto) wouldn't select any gears. Got told it had to be replaced. £5000 please. Car was only 4 years old. My dad was telling his mate about it, who works in the car trade. He got on the phone to the dealership. Price now £2500. Dad's mate and my dad still not happy. Phone call to BMW head office and it turns out that the gearbox was being supplied free of charge to the dealership as gearboxes shouldn't go wrong in that short a time period. All we should have paid was £800 labour. We ended up paying £400 for labour. Other things they did too before that but none as big as this.

I recently purchased Dodo Juice Purple Haze Pro, but I'll use that sometime next week to add some more layers of was ontop of the Megs Ultimate Wax. Just put that on for the moment as the it was easier with the sun being out at the time of waxing.
