I had Abbey fit this system for me and got car back today, it is a fantastic system sooo much better than the oem, totally programmable and the added bonus of launch control. I am off to Somerset tomorrow for a proper play. They also did a 4 wheel alignment which has made the Growler feel totally planted. Big thanks to Mark, Scott and Charlie for doing a great job as always, i will post up some pics of the control unit on dash over the weekend.

+ does it lose any comfort ? I have fitted poly arb bushes and vibratech engine mounts before and found it Transfered vibrations through the chassis ( not to the zed) I personally have not experienced this problem, the car feels more planted and secure at speed and not vibey at all.

Certainly a noticeable improvement and i found the stiffer ARBs improved the floaty feeling encountered at high speed.

They come as a set front and rear with 3 resistance settings,

Go with ARBs to start i have Eibachs on my 370 and it was quite an improvement over oem and a cheap suspension mod for around £400.

That video is extremely traumatic and brought back some bad memories of a similarincident happening to me a few years ago but fortunately at only 30/40 mph so i walked away ( limped ) with only sever bruising, again the driver had the same old story of SMIDSY but later tried to claim it was my fault for going through a set of traffic lights on red which was a complete lie, fortunately the police had a statement from him admitting his guilt so i won the insurance claim.

That is a question i have always pondered..... why do cyclists not set them off when they go through at red, i have never seen a cyclist lit up !

Has anyone noticed the old grey red light traffic cameras at junctions are slowly being replaced by digital cameras that record speed as well as stop / red light infringement, i have now seen 5 of these replaced mainly in wandsworth over the past couple of weeks, so be careful with speed going through junctions !
