the dispute between the two parties you were referring to is bad enough to create such bad feeling that it's obvious the ex-convict did it? so matey has some balls doing that to the car knowing you're likely to suss it straight away if it were me i would say nothing to anyone about this, get the car repaired, wait until you move then leave him a nice present on his own car. no confrontations, no accusations just two very unfortunate occurances. lets hope he doesn't read this forum eh?! +1 just remember to keep the brake fluid next time its changed

I think prior to buying this Zed the last owner left in on the drive for a good 5-6months! that's prob whats caused it. id try running it for a couple of days and see how you get on. if the smell stays then try a cleaner. you may find the more its used the more effective it will become

this happens when the air con hasnt been used for a while. i use mine all year round even for heat. as this will make it work better in the long run. when i 1st had the car i had this smell but not anymore, it will go after a bit of use. if it stays there are air con cleaners you can buy

spotted you on the m5 around 10.30am belting up the outside lane towards bristol. i then spotted a convertable sunset, and a black coupe with a nice bodykit and black wheels near exeter, didnt manage to cath the number plates sorry.

How much do you hate the RE040s? If you really hate them then yes I'd change, but if money is a big issue then no harm in getting a fresh set of rears which should hopefully die by the time you need new fronts not enough to throw away to perfectly good tyres . sounds like a good idea just replace the rears and then all 4 next time round

really good write up there. you have me thinking now on what to do about my tyres. ive currently got bridgestone re040 which i hate due to road noise, and wet weather handling. the front tyres have 6mm left, and the rears have 1mm left in the center. if the fronts had 3mm or less i wouldnt think twice about changeing all 4. so heres were i need your help do i..... buy new rears for £288 and so on untill the fronts are dead. buy 4 new falken 452's for £401.16 and sell the fronts.

at the current exchange rate its around £405
