  2. I'm going with (and hoping) that the JWT suffers due to the conditions of the RR. I would hope it works better with proper outside real world air flow, rather than RR conditions. Has anyone ever considered e-mailing the guy that designed/made the pop charger and questioning this? I'm sure the guy could probably give a very detailed answer in defence of his product.
  3. Personaly I always prefer to work from the heart of the car outwards. Look after the engine first, otherwise there wont be a body worth driving around. Get the RS-tune and while your saving up for the other gear, enjoy that lovely newly tuned engine.
  4. Here's an appetiser my favourite Thai boxer of all time, Ramon Dekker. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-v-UQ5XnLz8&feature=fvw
  5. Muay Thai is one I would strongly recommend, its based on solid practical roots from hundreds of years ago when Thailand developed it for war fighting and practised it as a sport, it promotes physical fitness as much as it does skill and technique, and a well grounded Thai fighter is a very formidable opponent. I personaly liked it because of the power and speed it culminates in a fighter, sure you may get your kicks blocked but by proper conditioning of the shins and a strong well executed kick you could easily break a mans arm or leg, regardless of the block. I tried several martial arts before settling and finaly decided Thai was the most practical (to me). Sure some will argue your useless on the ground, but in most self defense situations outside of MMA it rarely gets to that point. Go along with your mates for a session and see how you's enjoy it!
  6. Seen this in Govan loads, always flash him but never acknowledges :/ maybe he hates everyone.
  7. What discipline do you guys do? I thought karate was kinda dying out these days, with the fame of UFC style shows promoting thai/bjj as the only worth while martial arts to be master of universe!
  8. Crazy! Looks like a design flaw? maybe sacrificing structural strength for weight again..
  9. Sometimes don't have time to get changed out of my thai shorts, but unfortunately they don't have same effect. If I got out the car they would have probably laughed at my shiny frilly shorts with huge waist band. Good story though, no doubt if things kicked off, the police would have driven past and seen 2 black belts picking on 3 guys for bumping their car, and you would be in jail!
  10. Theres an identical that drives around Govan aswell
  11. Please don't go tacky 'evil' looking, the car in that picture is already stunning tbh
  12. Just finished it, good stuff man, looks nicely done all the way, no cheesy over use of fades etc! That girl is pretty in some shots, but she does look like a right pain in the a*se, girls like that get on my tits!
  13. Just waiting on it loading, first impressions are good though. There's a feeling I always get with video's and its difficult to describe what I mean, but when you see something filmed with a home video camera, or even a good quality camera, you can tell that its not professional, because the picture has a sense of ambience, I usually see it on low production films, B movie's etc. I can't tell if its the camera used, or if the production of the video is just poor, like they run a glaze over it, that makes all the colours look good, the sound nice and the picture look smooth and professional. I think you've managed to get that professional look with this video, looks well produced mate.
  14. I like them a lot. Lots of bitching on their regarding the fact their replicas, quite funny tbh.
  15. Aberdeen area = 5 Central belt = 3 Unknowns = 2 A few others seemed to be expressing interest for later, but haven't committed to the list - they include Maxi, Jay, Vik54 and Jamie Moy, all of whom are in the central Belt. It's up to Abbey to decide, of course, but somewhere around Dundee would appear to be the best location to suit most people. Hope this is helpful. Good job! Indeed, whatever suits Abbey, I agree. I'm just hoping it's more central for everyone, or within a reasonable driving distant
  16. Haha Nice one, shame it would cost me about a fiver to text.
  17. Even with todays technology, you cant get a machine somewhere that can tell u the paint? Geezo, very shady of volk.
  18. Just noticed this the other night but I thought I was going loopy
  19. My Bro, races electric, the current standard of these are pretty damn quick (not as quick as nitro). Their slower speed but nippy handling offers for some great racing if you fancy that. Been to a few club nights which are held weekly and let folk race against each other. Have a look online for your local RC club and just go along, ask folk questions and see if they will let you have a shot. It can get addictive and expensive
  20. That's awsom you've just given me pangs of nostalgia back to my Pulsar. How much you reckon you will sell for?
  21. Haha, cheers Jay! I'll get them off you on Sunday
  22. Yum, made me sad I never got black
  23. Northumberland avenue, for a Wii and 3 Games & Strand for an Air Tours Holiday
