  1. YES!!! I got it Green Lit on Fark.com by sending it in. I'm famous!! And Kobi of course http://www.fark.com/cgi/comments.pl?IDLink=5131865 Bradders
  2. This is ace. So good I've submitted this to Fark. See if it makes the main page *Fingers crossed* Bradders.
  3. Mine does the same. Seem to have picked up a few light scratches. The noise is worse, like fingers going down a blackboard, so my needs a clean too it seems. I believe Megs do a dedicated glass scratch remover. I have some Scratch X which I might give a try on some of mine. I'll let you know if it works. Bradders.
  4. Don't think Fandango will cut it. Best to have a two syllable name for dogs. Easy when it comes to calling them, as you can put emphasis on the end syllable. To my mind she looks like a "Peppa" Bradders.
  5. Lovely! Does it have the change down blip thingy?
  6. Yup you loose the handsfree, as the BT adaptor works with the factory head and the handsfree dialling is in there too. There are ways to get the steering controls to work with another headunit but my understanding is that it is tricky and expensive Bradders.
  7. Outside a Porsche garage!?? No Don't do it!! Unless its a GT3
  8. How many Scotsman!? Welcome to another great clan
  9. I think its nice that Nissan want to move pollution out of the city and put it in the countryside where it belongs. According to them electricty must just "appears" in the plug by magic. I'm sure the country set will love the extra output placed on their coal fire powerstations Sticky plaster to mend a gunshot wound anyone? Bradders. ps Having said that I drive 3.5 litre petrol guzzler
  10. Your from Ashington. Aha! I got my Z back in Jan from Ashington Autodrome. If you are looking to buy from Trade, I'd recommend them. They did a cracking job on refurbing my Rays alloys. He is looking to get more Zs in, as he likes them alot. On the driving front, I came from a Merc E-Class(Ashington Autodrome still have it on the forecourt). The RWD wasn't new but the power was, speed is ok, as I'm an ex-biker too. Wet is not fun, but dry Thing is the Z is so tight and planted it immediately inspires confidence. I think people think that performance cars will just jump up and nut you one for no reason. Not the case, as the whole thing is designed to cope with the speed not just the engine. Just needs to be treated with respect. The hard thing is reigning that in Bradders.
  11. "Slammed" - Word used for naughty salesperson charging a customer for something they have not asked for. Bradders
  12. I had a similar problem when I first got mine. First it wouldn't get any connnection at all. Took it out gave the whole thing a "jiggle" and it connected fine. Second half through telling the lovely lady my numbers it stopped working completely. No noise from pressing the buttons; nothing. I switch the ignition off and on and again, and it started to work again. I'm thinking you may just have a bad connection. I would take it out and again and re-fit it in the cradle. Only thing I can think of. Bradders.
  13. Makes me want to go into the loft and dig out my ZX Spectrum and unleash it's 56k worth of graphical power!! thought they were 48k or if you had a newer model it was 128k still got mine somewhere but have used a speccy emulator for the pc,plus there are online ones (java) if you google um This is all well and good but whats the tune called??!! Need to know. I'm loosing the plot with this Bradders
  14. I'm a Porsche man through and through, though I now have a Zed. I could have gone with a Boxster, but I'm put off as i don't have a garage to put it in, so decided on a hardtop. I looked at Cayman, but even the 2.9 is too much still and to be honest they are not the prettiest car the road are they? If I had another 10k I would have had one, but the Zed is more than enough now. I think i will have a low mileage 996 next, maybe a GT3 real or clone, but I'd like a garage for it. I've driven the Boxster too, which was my first Porsche drive, and my reaction was "Now I get it" They are the most together cars out there. Badges aside. A big thing Zeds do have is the exclusivity. So few around and definately a car that wears its heart on its sleeve. You get a lot of knowing looks of respect, from people who clearly know their cars. I like that. Non-car people seem to think it is pretty, until you turn the key Bradders.
  15. Not me in Hartlepool mate. Besides I have a GM not a blade. This Sunset was up by Sunderland. It was a standards alloys not Rays, assuming you still have yours Keen to see yours at a meet. Is there one organised soon? Would like to look at your mods, and hear a K1 for real. I'll bring ear defenders Bradders.
  16. Don't mean to sound patronising, of course I don't know you driving experience, but at your age please be VERY careful with the Z. Car insurance is expensive for people your age in these cars for a very good reason; to put off the inexperienced from driving them. They are right up there with Porsche and the like, and are alot different from a 206. Driving one home and getting it to the red line on a country road is a different matter. They can be very hairy when you wind them up properly. I don't want you binning it or worse. Stay cool with it and stay safe I don't want to hear any bad stories here. Bradders.
  17. Guys I have a problem. My mate wants the ringtone, dont laugh, when Chuckie Egg dies on the Spectrum. I'm thinking over 30's would be best for this. Its for a wedding which is odd, but any help most appreciated. Bradders.
  18. Saw a lovely Sunset 05 going South on A19 from tunnel roundabout. I flashed but wasn't seen as driver must have been quite rightly concerntrating on the nightmare that Testo's roundabout is Bradders
  19. Next time in down in Leek, I'll give ya a shout and I'll take you ooot for a ride Bradders
  20. That would require a jailbreak. You then need to overwrite an existing SMS tone, as the iPhone will only recognise those filenames to play as an SMS. Bradders.
  21. I'm with Sarnie. If I didn't have a BMW badge on it I would have been tempted by a M3. Best straight engine in the world. Period. What about an M5? Alot of the older shapes around that budget and are generally looked after. Can't argue with 400 bhp. Bradders
  22. Woody, Google iRinger and download it from the first search www.iringer.net Install that. It converts most formats to an iPhone compatible one. You then export it to iTunes. Synch and its on the phone. You can even trim/fade in out the track to where you want. Bradders.
