Exactly, usually when items like this come out in the States we pay the same value in pounds as they do in dollars so we are getting a far better deal than usual. I bought the missus an iphone on pay as you go for her birthday and cost roughly £450 from Orange. mate feel ure pain!!!! i had my clio back from some front end work. picked it up at 5.30pm on thursday and at 10.15 on friday, some silly tw@t drove into it. . i had it back for just over 12hrs and she scraped all down the passenger side. i was luck i was near the car when i happened, other wise she would have definitely bugger off and not said anything, as her response was "oooh sorry i didnt hear any thing but i thought i was a little close!" i nearly bit my tongue off when she said that! bad times!

i would say for 10K you would get a better UK car than the one you have found. would u consider a import? as they can be cheaper but usually still well looked after. around the 8K mark for an import.

the unit by default is in camera mode, u have to switch it over to video mode. press and hold the mode button and it will go into video mode. then press it again to go out of video mode. press and hold the "second button" until the LED blinks 3 times. that means ure in video mode, press once again to stop video mode.
