  4. its about time they had a car show for the 21st century. like 6th gear but no defo wont be missed it lacked appeal
  5. http://www.kontraband.com/videos/19961/ ... bery/#show Thats severe bad luck
  6. Well i think prematurely celebrating a guy that only comes once a year is truly commendable. i know i couldnt do it
  7. My Money will be on Alsonso next year if Ferrari can deliver the car Alonso will deliver the goods.
  8. I think saying he isnt in the same league is unfair as quite clearly he is, Jenson is an entirely different driver to the Alonso's and Hamilton's of the circuit he is a perfectionist and like someone said above he keeps his nose clean and goes about his job very tidily. Alonso and Hamilton are both aggressive drivers that can and do push to hard. If you read the article on Jenson Button on the BBC it sums him up quite nicely really and serves to mute the doubters. Everybody says he has won nothing prior but, he has never had the car capable of doing it and now that he has won it everyone says its the car that won it. the guy cant win Bottom line is if the car is perfect Jenson is as good as the next man but if its not he struggles to make the most it whereas Alsonso and Hamilton would thrash the life out it and try to grind some sort of a result out.
  9. Well the car came back safe and sound after its little deviation from the norm, checked it over for car park dings and kerbing but its all good So hopefully before the house viewing at 5 i can give her a good soaping. and the car too Get the feeling that its now going to be once driven forever smitten. hell i might even have to get a 370z and give the wife the 350z
  10. im in the the Big bad Grand Picasso no handbraking in that as its electronic. She did call me to tell me it wouldnt start, to which i replied depress the clutch and try again. Everybody asking her about at work though, probably questions like where do you keep the keys
  11. My Wife has taken the zed to work today as i needed to take a sensible car to carry stuff. This is the first time she has ever driven it and its wet and she works in Offender management and has to park the car amongst the crims
  12. Ibuprofen can apparently kill your sense of smell or taste cant remember which one to if taken in large doses. Cocodamol (or however you spell it) is wicked for toothache, but DO NOT drive
  13. Well glad it wasnt the Zed pal, Whats the country coming to i always say Scum breeds scum and thats exactly what these people are. Have a btl of wine and think happy things

Get them JDM Performance mega fast delivery When fitting them be sure that you click them firmly into their socket nearly lost one in the headlight unit the other night when i changed mine
  15. Lakelandhideaways.co.uk look for a place called knipefold cottage absolutely gorgeous place, no hot tub but super relaxing and garage for the zed if needed
  16. I have a 16 month old little lad and 2 Springer Spaniels and i convinced the Wife the zed was the right car for me, oh how little does she know X3 top car absolutley hated them at first then borrowed my sisters to go up to the Lakes for a week the in Spring and loved it, still look odd though. I found the dogs a great escape when my little one was born, Fresh air and countryside and a bit of me time
  17. Think i will stick to the Saxos and Corsehairs for now then progress as my rear wheel driving improves. I was looking at all sort of cars before i settled on the zed but the thing that annoys me most about the "Hot Hatches" is the amount of Power the front wheels have to cope with inevitably leading to Understeer and torquesteer. Also you have to look at what you have not knocking the VXRs or the type-r Civics but what you have will always be an Astra or Civic with a body kit on it (ok little bit more to it than that) but you know what i mean. The Zed is just Unique in my opinion
  18. I was thinking the other night on the way home when a pesky VXR Astra shot up my batty. What can you comfortably take out with a 350z???? obviously depends on setup i know but lets say a standard one. Bearing in mind i aint pushed mine to hard yet apart from once and that very nearly ended in disaster The hardcore element on here will surly know when to call it a day against a bigger beast
  19. Lamby without a shadow of a doubt you are the most useful person i have spoken to today now unlocked and ready to be used again
  20. Yeah basically the guy has setup 2 user accounts so on the main screen you are greeted with those little boxes with chess pieces and horses etc etc. Does that help and does that apply to your suggestion lamby???

Problem is his employee who was using put a password on it and no one knows what it is and im stuck. as i cant boot it from disc as there is no disk drive in it also don't have a separate drive that i can plug in. Anbody have a trick to get round this
  22. Yeah im gutted about the fuel consumption on the 3.5 litre petrol engined sports car thought id get at least 54 MPG rather than go down the route of the monkey valves and special £3 tuning chips im having a 1.6 Hdi engine fitted instead
