  1. Well not too much at the moment, I've just bought a house and the coin isn't flowing as well until I get it rented out. Did get that oil spacer fitted though. Just waiting for second hand bits to come up really.
  2. Got mine a year ago and paid 12k for an 06 GT with 32k on the clock.
  3. I'm thinking an RS4 next or GTR, although the former has more practicality to it... well as much a a 4.2 v8 can have!
  4. Or one of these into it...that'll learn em
  5. You'll need a lighter for the crazy bong thing on the shelf though!
  6. Judging by the price of other HKS stuff I'd say Goodridge will be a bargain Saying that though, I've got HKS braided lines on my R6 and they work really well, so I'd be inclined to try those.
  7. I'd be interested in the injectors and the fuel return if you split too.
  8. My front left took a heavy hit this winter and I think it's about time it had it's alignment checked. How much should I be looking to pay for the full laser check and adjust? Thanks, cookie
  9. Getting a new rad due to there flimsy nature and a new amm oil pan spacer because I can't find one second hand. Always on the hunt for second hand stuff, but FI bits don't come up too often.
  10. I'm going to order the Radiator and Oil pan spacer this month. Means I won't have to faff with the oil system any more.
  11. I phoned these guys a few weeks ago. They don't do any of the turbo kits anymore as they said it was just too much grief. I was looking at the turbo technics kit.
  12. Managed to get around to changing that sandwich plate and fitted some threaded rod. Is this what you meant by supporting it? Got 3 weeks of work now so need to get around to ordering the bulk of the stuff now. Got the spark plugs and a catch can on the way already.
  13. Thanks, i'll look into it when i next have bumper off for the radiator fit.
  14. Don't quite follow what you mean with pipe. I was going to make a plate to fit from the power steering cooler mount.
  15. 8 bolts off, beam on the floor. Done.... then tread on the oil cooler whilst faffing with said pipework
  16. Never got any pics after, although I'll be fitting a radiator next so will get some then. Did have to drain the oil, which is a bummer as I will have to drain it again to fit the thermostat one. Why would I need to remove it for the SC? All that goes down there is the intercooler and that should fit if my measurements are good.
  17. Well as every one else is doing it, I thought I'd jump on the band wagon. The first part to fit was the oil cooler and that's now done although it proved to be more awkward than I expected it to be. Then I realised the company I got the oil cooler from had just sent me a sandwich plate and not a thermostat one, so guess what I'll be doing next weekend!
  18. As above, must be in excellent condition and reasonable price. i,e cheaper than can be bought in the US and posted back. Trader prices welcome for new parts too. Thanks, Cookie
  19. I'm going Vortech too. I've got the Oil Cooler and waiting for the an oil spacer and radiator to arrive before I order the main parts. SC a go go on here now!
  20. Boom! The first step toward the FI dream is taken. Got a kit made from this place: http://www.speedflowshop.co.uk/engine-o ... 1251-p.asp Right, radiator next - Koyo 36mm....
  21. This place looks good for all the bits needed and it's not too pricy. http://www.thinkauto.com/acatalog/intro.html
  22. That makes sense. Where can I find one of these thermostats though?
  23. Will look into it, although for some reason, my Z's engine temp raises in about 1/2 a mile. A lot quicker than any other car I've had and my bike, which always runs quite warm. Cookie
  24. The Mocal coolers come in a variety of sizes but which is the correct amount of rows to have? 10, 13, 16, 19 or 25? they're all 235mm long. Cooler is better, but there must be a realistic limit to what size will work well. Not got much time to be doing the whole FI thing for the next 6 weeks so just want to fit easy quickish bits and collect the bits I need. Thanks, Cookie
