    I would take your car back to the dealer and get them to sort it out. There is no reason why you should be disconnecting the battery. It's their error so they should fix it.

    seen this happen before. I think it's when the bluetooth looses its pairing while making a call. Removing the bluetooth adapter or simply turnig the ignition off for 30 seconds sorts it out. It has happened to me
