  1. Stew, had a think , when we charge £400-00 (£393-00 to be exact) it includes an hour on the dyno to tweak the map to your car. So if the owners is going to pay for dyno time we can trim the price of the reflash back. Get a rough number I will have a work out what we can do. The major cost for you Scottish boys will be the dyno time I feel. What costs have Alex got so far? Mark
  2. reset the ECU , hold the car at approx 3500rpm for 2/3 minutes the carry the test out , like the Skyline cars these Z,s need the CATS warming before a test. Mark
  3. 2006 box drops straight in , easy BHP on a DE car. Mark
  4. If you have a early car DE , fit a 2006 stock airbox far better than any filter kit ,but if you want to fit a filter kit use the IgJen. Mark
  5. HFC,s will give more midrange than stock cated car but still hold the car back top end , de-catting make the car give approx 5bhp more top end over a car fitted with HFC,s.
  6. thats nice, no ones wants a motor to go bang especially the tuner. I am happy that the car is within the safe limits of the stock motor , would prefer to run a little less boost but I have said that to Dave it is something that may happen. awesome motor just a shame about the noise of the Vortech sounds a little to mechnical to me thou.
  7. or just have a Uprev reflash , tune the car for more bhp/torque and sort out the CEL problem without adding any spacers far better idea. Mark
  8. really I live close to his house but I have never seen him, spoke to him a few weeks ago , seems he is having to work for a living at the moment ...poor sod
  9. From what we have seen with these cars you cant just do a generic remap , every car is different , I have a huge list of reflash maps that we have done to cars. Go to see RS tuning, you wont be dissapointed I am sure. Mark
  10. we are based in Oxted in Surrey, RH8 9HJ Mark
  11. I have one as well £90-00 inc post and packaging> Mark ps Lee is useless at getting back to you , he is under the thumb so badly, so you need to chase him to get a reply....
  12. 8.5 frt and rear 9.5 x 19 in ,in black @ the moment but edges are scuffed I can refurb any colour. will get a new price once I am back @ work and then get a price up with/without refurbing. Mark
  13. Hi, I am away on holiday for a few days , to be honest it will just be a mapping trip not servicing , really want to fly up do my work and fly back. We will need a dyno for a few days so Stew can you look into this please, as I have said not really wanting to get involved with be F/I remaps would prefer these to be brought to me in Surrey but the Uprev reflashs will be okay , Group buys maybe not, If I get enough ca,sr to do over 2/3 days I will owrk out what the extra cost will be for me to come to you to do the tunig. Have a good easter and be in touch very soon people. Mark
  14. I may have a set of 19in TE37,s for sale soon , can even be refurbed in your own colour. Mark
  15. yes they make a difference if you read the link I sent you when we tuned a HR fitting a y pipe (hks one fitted this time but the XYZ is even better we have found) made a huge difference to the mid range torque , at the top end the stock cats hold the car back. If you use a XYZ pipe you can remove the stock cats and fit a Race Cat in the xyz pipe this will help top end bhp and still make the car legal for the road. any questions ask way. Mark
  16. The N/A car's will be easy using the Uprev but the Twin Turbo car I would want on my dyno down south I am afraid not a car to tune on the road or a roller dyno. Once we have enough car we will have to work out what way to go with regards dyno,s etc etc Mark
  17. Your reading to much on the internet , We have tuned a few and it DOES make a difference, why would I say something that doesn't work to you. If you look at this thread your see what we do with a 313 bhp HR car; viewtopic.php?f=114&t=27916 start of the thread is all about the HR car. Mark
  18. Adjusted price list , US $ has gained agaisnt the Uk £ sorry but 6% needed to be added to the attached prices.
  19. I am afraid to say that Abbey are going to have to raise the prices of the N/A reflashes, the US$ has dropped agaisnt the UK £ this has made the licensce price increase we held the price while we had licensce brought when the doller was weaker but these have since run out. Price is only going up a little from £300 + vat to £335-00 + vat New price inc vat which includes 1 hour dyno time to tweak the map to suit your car is £393-63 INC VAT If you have booked your car in already I will honour the old reflash price. But on a good note we have been able to modify an ECU to allow the UK car to be lived mapped which is a major help when going forced induction. To tune a car will take approx 5/6 hours on the dyno. A rough price including a license will be £750-00 inc vat. We will also be able to supply a new modified ECU that will work in the UK car to enable people to have multi maps as well , just working out prices on this idea, it wont be telephone figure pricing like Nissan UK work on as well. any questions ask away.
  20. Nurrish, I have given you a wrong dyno sheet, the power/torquegraph is not the right one, right figures but it isn't flywheel bhp thou 420bhp is the hub bhp , your car is approx 455bhp flywheel.....pleased your happy, makes thepower really smoothly thou really nice to drive, just a shame about the noise of the charger....
  21. Haltech isn't a piggyback system Anlid. Mark
  22. I wouldn,t in my opinon you can't piggy back the Z ECU, we can now live map the UK cars and I can supply a modded ECU so you can have multi maps on the cruise control switches. It made 400 hub BHP and I am sure we can find more bhp/torque if needed but it will be a quick car , no motor rebuild will be needed it is a safe map. Detonation kills these motors Dave,s map is nice and safe. Mark PS Nurrish I had to change a few fittings on the fuel system .....I didn't want to use our fire extinguisher.......... bad boy......slapped hands.
  23. Welcome , good luck with the build , We built a few cars making over 600+ bhp but to run over 700+ bhp race fuel is needed we find. Any way good luck with the build. Mark
  24. we are finding the stock headers are pretty good , get rid of the stock cats thou, these hold the motors back top end. Been playing around with the Gen 1 ecu cars like yours running them in open loop works real we find.
