  2. Wow, that is one mean looking GT4. Was 26K a typo? If not what the hell had you had done to it?? £26k was the going rate when i sold it in 2007 +1 I spent almost 20k in 2009 for my car(2006)
  3. Of the car was bought on finance. Contact them and tell them you're rejecting the vehicle on terms of it being unroadworthy. It will soon get things moving. I got new wheels, steering column and gearbox and clutch from mini on a cooper s with 35 k on clock
  4. Paul, my thoughts are with you all. Theres no words which make people feel better in these occassions. I'm gutted for you and your family mate. We lost an aunt who was young to cancer. She fought and fought and eventually could no more. It has taken a while for things to be relatively normal again. Just remember all the great times you shared and keep lots of family around you throughout this time of the year...
  5. +1 on removing the stickers especially the worlds biggest nismo stickers from the side skirts! Maybe leave the back one on. I have the biggest
  6. Happy birthday bro! Will see you soon for a night out hopefully Hope Laura got you something nice
  7. Lmao was out in my cousins fq400 and it was scary how fast that thing was
  8. He's not on a budget but being sensible(ish) Running a supercharged "built" engine it needs to be good but also a sensible price.
  9. +1. Little W*nker. As for the 'you've come over and stolen our jobs' brigade. They can get their heads out of the sand. For one, there are jobs to be had if you want to work. There isn't a magic eastern european job factory that creates jobs for people that have moved here, they just get off their asses and work. I personally find these guys a great asset to the country and would happily swap all the Brits on the dole for immigrants that are willing to work and contribute to society. The other thing, the border isn't one way. We are free to go and work in any other EU country we want. The 'hard done by brits' should remember this. Well said
  10. Glad to see you are being wise about this. Too many people buy these cars are they are going cheap and cant afford to run them well which is a shame as they dont get the enjoyment out them they should. Leave it until you are certain you can afford the outgoing to really enjoy the vehicle. I'm sure people will welcome you along to static meets etc for a good look around and a few spins in the zeds to give you an idea of what your getting yourself in for. The modifying route is a very slippery slope and expensive. A standard zed doesnt do it for most and people do one small mod and get hooked
  11. chris, i'm up alex's way on sunday working. Have you sorted out the order yet
  12. Shame for whoever owns it but by the looks of things they have probably been driving wildly. To flip a zed it's quite hard. Usually sideways into a kerb can do it. Just means the zed is becoming rarer I suppose.
  13. Happy birthday boys You kept that quiet chris! Save me some cake
  14. I doubt the -10 Garret's will make 100bhp more than the old 2530's Neil. I guess only time will tell. What I'm trying to express is that the zed as a car can put up with a decent pounding without too much chassis work. Obviously Alex has spent remarkable amounts of cash on his engine to get these figures
  15. Nope people swap the de Pre revup box for de-revup box. Hr only fits hr unfortunately mate
  16. None except the first unless they have uprev licensing and it's expensive and you'll be lucky to see 10-15hp gain Take it to abbey, rs motorsport in Leeds or horsham
  17. That women is scum scum scum. Makes me ashamed to be British actually. 99% of any encounters with people who have emigrated have been excellent and fair play to people for working hard for minimum wage. British society as a group are generally lazy. If people were so desperate for work they would take anything. Immigrants from 3rd world countries can find 3 jobs, how come a British citizen can't get 1. I undertsand that skilled workers don't want to work in lower jobs as they need cash to pay their lifestyle they had before leaving a job and in times of thatchers Britain this was hard, my old man was unemployed for 6months due to steelwork closures.... The people I'm talking about are the scumbag junky types. I would drug test people while getting their dole money. If they fail then they get no cash only basic rations. Think of the savings the governent would make.
  18. Round of applause for that man if only the world had more people like you. +1000000 hats of to you mate. Proper Christmas sprit. I just had an old electric one taken away last week. I'll keep my ears peeled at work and if anything comes up I will let you know.
  19. No I think there was mate, you have a pm. I would really love it if he would re-edit what he removed from his post.
