  1. So, i have the choice of getting the OEM ones changes on the dealers wallet but i think he will only change 1 at the rear right (offside i think?). or i could pay out for all 4 here? is it worth it? will it make any difference to the ride, handling of the car? can i fit them myself? if not how much to get them fitted? cheers
  2. Maybe theres a hole in the floor for you to put your legs through, like the flintstones
  3. Single all the way apart from the relationship with the Z that is
  4. am i being really dim or does the GT pack not come with rays?
  5. cheers, i hope not, it doesnt do it at any other rime and i thought it was the brakes rubbing ever so slightly. ah well i'll wait and see if it gets worse any thought on the anti roll bar?
  6. nah all stock, its not a bag of spanners more like when you move your car after its sat for a few days and press the brakes to clean them off but a but more subdued. odesnt sound really bad or anything just wanted to know if its normal?
  7. so a guy from the dealer took my car for a drive today and says the clicking sound coming from the back is definately an antiroll bar. He says if its the cv joint its a constant clicking where as mine clicks as weight shifts from front to back making it an antiroll bar. he had it on the ramp and gave it a prod and it clicked, so i guess he may be right? anyhoo i also got him to listen to a sound that i get when i go fast round a carpark, like 15 and about half lock usually to the left, its like a rubbing sound every rotation, not loud just deep and carries throught the car. he said it may be tyre noise. he said the synchros seem fine and pointed out that a previous owner had bumped the front end not easy to see untill your on a ramp. and grounded the exaust thoughts?
  8. and all three are the same type aswell, oil ones? how difficult are they to "re-oil" if thats the term? sorry stupid questions

  15. I think he should have taken a leg off of the driver with that gun after putting the horse out its misery. this is disgracefull, puts a lump in your throat. Sorry to hear about this, a similar thing happened to my dad on his pushbike, fortunately his hand and handlebars went through the guys driver window and clouted him in the face, there was nothing recognisable as a bike afterward. theres no excuse for that behaviour like everybody else i could go on for hours . i wish your wife a speedy recovery and am sorry to hear of the loss of your horse.

  17. Guys, the smell i believe is mould forming in the aircon system due to the humid condiditons, i happened upon the last can of a "new" product on the shelves of tesco. it was this stuff http://www.netparts.co.uk/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=92. I read the label a good few times and then decided (after making sure i had the box and receipt and was set up to sue if it went wrong) i would go ahead with it. and it worked! really well! its an aerosol can that locks on when you press it, you sit it down in the car with the air con on full and interior circulation. closs dorrs n windows and leave for 10 mins then go back with a towel handy to wipe the excess away and hey presto! the smell at first is a bit funky but goes away within the day. hope this helps oh and yeah, i panicked when i saw that puddle but fortunately i had just parked next to antoher z and he had a matching puddle so i figured it out
