OK! Ive changed the single LED in the passenger door to white. good news, the soldering is **** easy i dont know what everone is whining about and i didnt even use tweezers! bad news, maybe. the white led is really dim, i dont know how this compares to the orange. im going to have to take the drivers side out to compare them in the same light, it is sunny outsde and in that light you can barely see the orange drivers side anyway so untill its dark i wont know if the LED's i have will do the trick. fingers crossed. or, can someone tell me how easy it is to see the orange glow from the passenger window switch in the daylight? eg can you see it turning on and off while sitting in the drivers seat? would be good to have 2 side by side really...

if the dipstick has no reading on it could it mean theres not enough oil to reach the dipstick level?? happend to me once. not good!

you havent seen my forearms if i do that i'll rip half the car off (rock climber) i assume the torque settings 'll be in the service section i cant get into at work. will check at home, cheers

as im doing this at the weekend i was wondering if anyone had any more detailed information such as torque settings of the bolts etc. A workshop manual guide or something of that nature? im sure its probably simple, i just like to be prepared to save me screwing it up (no pun intended)

right. just went down to look at the shiny polished one and it does look good. the rear sort of works somehow in the flesh, it has good presence aswell as its so big.

the old faithfulls are whats damaging the brand image tbh it forces the market to include over 50's only.
