Stew is that bottle of "shloer" just that or will it have "additions" ;) Always have a very family based christmas and we have kept it just the same as when we were kids. We all take our xmas stockings down to breakfast and open them, taking turns. Then after that we all head upstairs to the tree where theres normally LOADS or pressies me and my brother pick a side each and start dishing them out, we are very civilised and take turns so we can see what we each get then they all get organised, a piccy taken for the album and then we do what we want for the rest of the day. usually get a game of scrabble in somewhere though then have xmas dinner later.

No i really didn't know this. Only mentioned it because thats what happened. i would say it should come back and the offending material moderated. i.e put "removed" in place of tarmacs joke mentioned. then we learn where the line is and dont overstep. i dont want to come down on the mods, its a hard and thankless job but sometimes can they maybe be wrong? sorry mods

What is that? I was thinking of using an cradle that is adjustable - for when i change phones etc...but not sure if that would look a little crap... Also how would you go about re finishing the console? dunno, i just googled ipod cradle and that was the first flat cradle i saw, looking at it now it doesnt look very ipodish as for refinishing the console, its up to you what look your after. you could cover it in leather, alcantara, flock it, sand it down and paint it. the worlds your oyster

i dont see why it wouldnt be possible. you would have to make some kind of insert for it. or maybe mould it into the unit and then refinish the whole thing? something like this but built in?
