  1. I was on the Dirty Bomb wagon for a while and got pretty good. But the wagon seemed to lose steam, so meh. I may jump on over watch but the graphics really don't interest me whatsoever.

If you can smell clutch then the clutch is slipping, there's your answer to where the power is going I had 305 wide tyres, combined with grippy tarmac it meant zero wheel spin no matter what I did, it still wouldn't slip the stock clutch. I guess it would it you revved the absolute tits out of it and dumped with no where else for the power to go... But why would you do that.
  3. There were so few of them as the majority of the servers went to new maps. With so few servers running the vanilla game it became impossible to find one running a sensible ruleset and not be full.
  4. In all seriousness, I really can't go back to consoles now. Controls are lazy and inaccurate, graphics are sub par, can't alt tab whenever you feel like it, can't upgrade it, have barely any access to indie games, etc. Gaming is my #1 hobby, console would be fine if I only played once in a while but for me PC is the way to go.
  5. PC, but as I say that was directly after the DLC release, it became impossible to find a server without them as everyone jumped on the new maps.
  6. If only that were true. I bought BF4 for me, mrs and my dad so we could play it for a month over xmas. We were happily playing along and then, only a short few weeks after release, the first DLC rolls around. We decide that seeing as it'll be x3 cost we'd just leave it and carry on with the basic game. But what's this, the map rotations on all the servers now include the DLC, and now we are all being kicked from the server each time a DLC map is rotated to... So you join another server only to be half way through a match and then boom, map switch to DLC again and we are out. We gave in and bought China rising to continue playing which of course only lasted until Feb when the next DLC came in and we were back to being kicked again. Nooope, no more for me, my dad kept going though as he's retried and spending a ton of time on it, but even he gave in with the DLC eventually. The TL;DR: They make it crap to NOT buy the DLC.
  7. As much as it looks cool, I do love BF very much, I swore I'd never play another EA game and I'm sticking to it. If I could put aside £300 for me and the mrs for ONE game, then sure... But £300 is just wayy too much imo. Where am I getting the £300 from? £150 each me and the mrs. Using BF4 as an example: Original game was what £35 I think Then China rising DLC £15 And Second Assault DLC £15 After that Naval Strike DLC £15 Oh and Dragon's Teeth DLC £15 Don't forget Final Stand DLC £15 Gotta remember through all of this there's premium to pay for to get to play the specialist events, customise stuff and actually make the DLC cheaper. Premium £40 (I actually think it was a lot more than that, nearer 80, but that's it's current price without being on offer) "Oh but that DLC takes a while to come out so it's not all at once..." you say. Depends on how long you think it's ok before you tip your wallet out again. BF4 DLC release: Game = Nov 2013 DLC = Dec 2013 DLC = Feb 2014 DLC = Mar 2014 DLC = July 2014 DLC = Dec 2014 This was 3 years ago, and EA have shown no sign of letting up on pumping people for cash with increasingly poorly delivered, rushed and buggy games. This is what EA does and they have a long history of it. So they can take their new game and shove it up their greedy little c***s. However, if you got in with your eyes wide open to the fact that this game will cost you a stupid amount of money, all given to a @*!# show of a company, then by all means.
  8. Depends on how bad your OCD is and what shape you made it.
  9. I wish I had dug out my pond with a machine, I did it by hand and boy does it completely screw you over for a week. Then you gotta get the fecking liner in and all folded nicely, the next one shall be concrete or fibre glass, screw pond liners!
  10. That's a shame to hear, i have that exact set but from maybe 7 years ago. Only thing I've broken is the 1/4 ratchet because I was a bit drunk and thought it was totally ok to use as a breaker bar with a pipe on the end. I've got a set from perhaps 7-8 years ago (smaller set but still fairly hefty but only a half inch). Absolutely unbreakable. No play in the ratchet and everything is properly clunkclick Talked Chris into buying a set each on the basis of that set......new ones are turd. Lifetime guarantee so not major shakes but as a business it's a PITA digging the receipt out and going back every 5 minutes. Sent from my SM-G925F using Tapatalk That's a shame to hear, i know a lot of the mechanics at work liked to get the halfords professional stuff instead of snap on. I guess halfrauds couldn't resist digging more money out of their customers.
  11. It's like a "who can have the least man points" competition between you and biscuit.

  14. Dude That's heartbreaking!
  15. Feel like sharing? What the hammock or the missus? Wellllll... Got any pics? Of the hammock
  16. Fixed it, pics were hosted somewhere with "game" in the name so work blocked it... It's unique, I'll give you that. But it's... You know when someone gets a tattoo and you think "boy that is not great", but you know they love it and don't have the heart to tell them. Then someone comes along and say "MY GOD WHAT HAVE YOU DONE" and they say "but he liked it" whilst pointing at you. You then say "well I mean, I didn't say I liked it, but I don't dislike it, so as long as you like it...". They cry, you feel bad, they feel bad, you cry. A friendship ends at that point because you couldn't be honest with them and say "hey bud, I know you like it but it's not something most people are going to think looks good, you know that right?". Gentle honesty is a good thing. The colours look really bold, I get that the contrast is intentional but it is really harsh. I think the reason most people don't like it is that your colours don't compliment well. The black line shows what compliments, the red shows where yours sit.
  17. Relatively hot compared the past months It's not "hot hot" until barefoot walking gives burns
  18. Hmm some guy from here, they went for not as much as I'd have liked tbh as no one was interested at the time. Not seen them since, no idea where they are now and unless someone else went to the trouble and imported some they would be one of a kind in the UK still. Man, this makes me really sad, their wheels are just amazing. They were mainly a concept car designer though, I'm assuming they got too busy with that and couldn't keep the wheels going at the same time.
  19. Got the oil change done while it was cold and wet, not sure why I didn't wait until now and could have saved myself some misery. We have huge house renovation stuff looming for June, so I have a week to take somewhere in there too, it's going to be a busy summer!
