  1. so pp is probably quite essential your going to get plenty of practice then. best presentation i ever sat through was a materials analysis from various people. One guy had wood, and so you can guess the rest of the presentation, worked out just like a comedy sketch, work of art
  2. my mate just changed the audio in his shed. He cant come out of the cupboard of shame untill he gets some dents in it to offset this expenditure. It is tempting to spend little bits of money on it, but then the challenge is putting a mod on for free. maybe go to the scrappy and get 4 mismatched wheel trims for free?
  3. use the typewriter text transition and i will personally **** you one just use Arial as the font, fancy fonts are hard to read and arial is usually an industry standard. as mentioned the less text on a page the better! pictures speak a thousand words etc. i like to think people are studying whatever picture there is on the screen rather than looking at my ugly mug, makes it easier. tbh when someone is giving a presentation i end up staring at the screen rather than them anyway, may aswell be something good to look at. what kind of job is it for? being nosey
  4. thats brilliant, did she fill out the app in a pink pen? you cant read those things either
  5. wekcome to the shedding crew that steering wheel is nuts!

    Slammin Huh?!

im away for work just now but back tonight, i'll have a quick play then, not promising the cistine chapel though!
  7. the two foundations of any engineering bussiness. excel & powerpoint its not a difficult program to use tbh, just have a play about in it. transitions: For transitions avoid using a variety, it makes it look like you hit the random transition button. keep the presentation simple and clean so using the fade transition is best tbh. making a flying text powerpoint just makes you look like a nob. Custom animation Staging when text or any object appears in a slide can be done by creating a custom animation. this works well if you know what you are saying and the text comes up on the slide in sync with your rehearsed words. playing with the timing works well for this and gives a very professional appearance. right click the text or object, it should be under that. design If you are making something "pretty" remember that you can kind of layer objects using the "send backward" etc commands on the right click. When inserting images with a solid colour background there is a button on the picture toolbar for making one colour transparent, makes a nice finish on the object as it doesnt look like a white square. background & fill effect instead of filling with a single colour you can create a fade from one to the other, a nice clean use of this is fading from a light colour to white in the background, you can choose which way this fades matching it to the layout of your presentation. you'll find this option usually under the colour option for the fill of a shape or background. Standard templates i suppose this is personal opinion but when i see someone's used one of these i let out a sigh, most of them look shart and just look like you haven't tried. thats some stuff off the top of my head
  8. Stabalisers (one each side btw, so not a MASSIVE system) are only good to a certain point. And have been proven to actually worsen a roll when waves strike at a certain frequency. And since that vid looks parametric rolling, stabalisers wouldn't help. still has something though i wouldnt think something that large would get affected too much or thought they would avoid the storm altogether. I work on things that large. Not all storms can be avoided. And google parametric rolling......the larger (beamier) a vessel, the worse it is. It can occur any time the wave frequency is just right. I've experienced it on a 70,000 ton container ship up near Flemish Cap. We did nearly $1million damage to the ship in 5 minutes. I have a mental image of that, the containers ready to spill off the side? cannot have been fun!!
  9. atoms ave been around for a fair while now yes, however (if memory serves) they use a honda civic engine but supercharged and tuned. And yes they are already stupidly quick!

Layer the unaltered car back onto the pink photo, make the tree on the left more green again to contrast and put the pink reflection back down the left of the car. Maybe an ever so slight increase to the bright areas to make it look a little overexposed & dream like. it'll look awesome I'm sure of it! Would do it myself but I'm on the phone. Looks good
  13. I want someone to chop the pillar moment together with some ballet music.
  14. It sounds exactly like a cruise in good weather, but with moving furniture why the feck you would wander out across the open bit i dont know, i would be in behind the bar! to take cover of course...

  17. hmm not so sur ei liek the idea but post em up guys ! looking at either the titans from RR , some KEi racing or posibly some other spling drives. i've got steel internal drives in black, they look brilliant, came with my wheels. i have heard bad things about aluminium ones though, your meant to buy a new set of them every time you take them off but people don't so they crack. the internal drives mean theres zero chance of scratching your rims so that keeps me happy
  18. can you not use internal drive?
  19. And behold, the wheels saw the light of day! He saideth upon to him, "drive forth and spanketh it"
