  1. Not sure if anyone else has used this product before ... I was very sceptical about this product after watching the video below: http://www.jmldirect.com/product.asp?pf ... rrency=GBP I didn't believe anything would be that good ... but thought it was worth a try for a tenner ... so picked some up from Wilko's ... After trying it out on a few scratches I gotta say I was impressed with the results ... It's defintely not as good as they make out in the video but it defintely got rid of a few scratches that I've been unable to T-Cut out ... I'm not sure if the effect is permanent or just last a few washes ... but either way my car is defintely looking better for using it ...
  2. Well I've got all this to come soon too .. my Brother is getting married in May and has asked me to be his best man ... The only thing I am nervous about is the speech .. I've never had to do it before and am generally not very good when it comes to public anouncements such as these .. The good thing is that I've got a few months to get the speech together and practice etc ... although I already know that a week before the wedding I still won't have a thing ready .. LoL Oh well ... get a few drinks down and improvise?
  3. I tried my best to take it seriously with the hope it might work ... but it had no effect whatsoever ... It didn't work on the other 3 people in the same room either ... LoL

    mpg??

Just thought I'd post a picture of the the best MPG I've got from the Zed .... I reset the computer while doing about 80 mph and was slowing down ... LoL
  5. I have my Tax renewal comming up in December too ... Just checked out it out on the DVLA site and it looks like I'll be paying £215 for the next 12 months ... Select Vehicle Enquiry on the left hand menu from the link below: http://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/EvlPortalApp/index.jsp
  6. Yeah you too Mitz ... Looking forward to it ... just let me know dates and times ...
  7. Yeah I think anything newer than March 2006 is double the Tax compared to older Zeds due to it being based on emmissions ...
  8. Thanks man ... It worked out pretty well for both of us ...
  9. I wouldn't worry about it mate ... I've got the same whuring noise when it's idling ... I think it's just one of the features of the Zed LoL ... As long as your clutch isn't slipping I'd just enjoy driving it ... and start saving up for that stubby .. Hahaha
  10. Just a suggestion but you might wanna consider replacing it with one of Nurrish's systems ... Probably work out cheaper and you get more functionality ...
  11. +1 My car has never looked so good ... It's amazing what a difference it makes ...
  12. Alright mate, Yeah it was really good meeting everyone on Saturday ... and I got the car sorted as well ... Great day! Already looking forward to the next meet ...
  13. Final update from me regarding this issue ... I got the part fitted by CS yesterday while at the meeting and all is good once again .... In fact the car feels like it's idling a lot better and also feels more responsive while driving ... I also got all the little dents taken out of the car while at the meet ... so the car is better than ever!
  14. Well I got up early today ... the weather is looking good so think it's time I wash the Zed before the meet ... See you guys there
  15. Well it's the same key fob that's used on the Micra so that says it all ... I too would be very interested to know if it is possible .... I know the original key has an Immobiliser Transponder within it, not sure if it's straight forward transferring it etc ...

  17. I don't know about you but I tend to keep my eyes on the road while driving ... especially when there's a loss of traction ... LoL
  18. Ok just picked up the part from Nissan and was advised that it is non-refundable as it's an electric component Hope it does the trick ... I've got quite a few Zed related expenses comming up in a month ( P3 Service, Tax and MOT ) so would like to minimise the cost of this repair ... Gonna see if CS can arrange to fit me in sometime sooon! Shire, let me know how it goes with your Zed ... Hope we both have it sorted for the weekend ...
  19. I think in your case it probably is down to the Cam Position Sensors as your car was cutting out while driving etc .. I think as mine hasn't cut out on me at any point yet, and threw up a P0335 code it is most likely the Crank Position Sensor ... What I am getting confused about is the difference between the "CPS A Circuit Malfunction" and "CPS Circuit Malfunction" ... Woudn't replacing the Crank Position Sensor resolve any issues with both these errors if there were any?
  20. Ok so now I am even more confused ... Whats the difference between "CPS A Circuit Malfunction" and "CPS Circuit Malfunction" ? I ordered a Crank Position Sensor from Nissan yesterday and will be collecting it today after work ... have I got the wrong part then? When I spoke to the guy in the parts department he said there was only one Crank Position Sensor on the car ...
  21. I've had this happen a few times between 1st and 2nd gear when I've been flooring it ... It's traction control and I wouldn't worry about it .... If you do look at the dash then the light will flash very quickly ... I wouldn't advise looking at the dash yourself ... take a friend along for the ride .. LoL
