  1. Anyone looking to sell at the moment. Will go head with the RT Performance Mines Style lip if not. Many Thanks

    HFC,s

I have paired Berk HFC's to my Miltek catback system. The O2 sensor was fitted to the taller bank on the HFC. When cold the noise is very raspy but when all is warm the rasp is still present, characteristic of HFC's but you still get that distinct low burble of the Miltek. It's a lovely tone if I am honest and the overall volume for a daily drive is perfect, no drone and the pops on runover are lovely to hear. I am unmapped and with premium fuel I've noticed no hesitation in the rev range. CEL light 1147 Error code comes on every 70-80 miles but I just clear it. I will also add that on its MOT in December the engine/exhaust system was stone cold and passed emissions with ease. All depends on the individual car it seems.
  3. Second hand would suit but I suppose I'm limiting my options as some members may of colour matched their lip, let alone fully bonded/fixed it to the bumper. £135 for the GT Style isn't bad I suppose but for some reason I cant justify £200 for the Mines style! If no response on here I will dig deep. After Tyres, P1 Service & HFC's I suppose £200 isn't much more to shell out!
  4. After a replica PU/Fibreglass lip for pre-facelift 350z. Any make considered, Nismo N1 etc but preferably after a Tarmac Sportz GT Style or Mines Style. Thanks
  5. I have just paired Berk HFC's to my Miltek catback system and luckily (100 miles on) have no CEL light. I hope after a few hundred more miles they will start to sound even better. I have noticed a slight loss of torque in the midrange but it pulls harder towards the redline. With premium fuel Ive noticed no hesitation in the rev range so subsequently wont be going for an UPrev remap. As Ekona mentioned I think it is very car dependant.
  6. Just want to thank Adrain @ TORQEN for supplying my Berk HFC's. Very competitive price, his communication on here was prompt and he kept me up to date with shipping/tracking details from the USA. Delivery was quicker than anticipated, well packaged and the keyring was a nice little touch. After fitting today the sound is exactly what I was after when paired with a Milltek Catback.
  7. About to purchase some new Berk HFC's as finding it hard to find any used for a sensible price. One last attempted to find some, so if anyone is looking to sell up or have any lying around please let me know. Still open to suggestions on wheels aswell. Any Rota or TE37 rep would be ideal! 18 or 19 inch considered. Thanks Brett
  8. After a set of 18"/19" staggered Rota Grid Drifts/GTR-Ds, Varrstoen ES2s or Japan Racing JR3s. Basically any TE37 reps but will also consider other setups & Rota designs if fitment is suitable. ie offset and brembo clearance. Also after High Flow Cats preferably Berks to match with a Miltek catback & a Nismo shift knob. Long shot I know but please get in touch if you're looking to sell. Thanks
  9. Trawlled through the trading post section and noticed these parts come up rarely but if anyone is returning to standard or looking to sell let me know via PM. Thanks
  10. If your willing to take £35 posted for the Nismo shift knob i'll take it off you please. If you could confirm via PM or post, I will then make payment. Cheers
  11. Finally decided on a Buddy Club Pro Spec exhaust for the car. For my budget I feel it’s one of the best sounding and better made exhausts, especially when compared to the welds and fitment of the K1 which I had issues with on my old car. On UK sites and eBay the going price looks to be around £700. Are any of the traders on here able to source one overseas or even better yet is anyone looking to sell one second hand please? Thanks Brett
  12. Thanks for the replies everyone. I purchased a brand new Japspeed K1 for my previous 350z I had back in 2009 and had problems with the midpipe catching heavily on the crossmember, pulling the flex's on the y-pipe badly. It was also catching on the rear anti-role bar and diff. Safe to say I was really disapointed as I expected it to fit no problems, especially being a new unit. I love the sound and price of the K1 but must admit im not a huge fan of the rear cans and with my previous dilema, am starting to think I should stay well clear. In terms of loudness and value I think the Buddy Club & Invidia would be my best choice. Ill keep looking
  13. Looking for a used catback exhaust upto the £500 mark. After a fairly loud sound so interested in a K1/Buddy Club Pro Spec. Anything considered, let me know if you are looking to sell up. Thanks
