New spoiler fitted today!

Evening all, for a while now my brother has been building a website for me, its too far off being completed, but my brother being a family man, and also doing my site for free in his spare time means its not moving along so quickly, the site as far as i know is a template loaded onto it with a few plugins, im far from knowing what to do in building a website so cant do it myself. the site currently is in its basic form, but in time more ideas will pop into my head that i could try on this site. The site itself may or may not become a way of making an income, but without trying it i wouldnt know, im not going to post it on here as i dont want it to seem like im trying to advertise it. My next step is to get someone to finish it, so i can release it as a beta to the public, ideally i want the site to be designed from scratch, rather than a using a pre made template, the system i use on the site is good enough for the stage its at now, im happy with the look of it at the moment, but the next person to help may think differently. I was using my brother as its been free so far, and im on a budget, so if you think you can help, PM me so i can go into more detail about the site, and see if you can help. Thanks everyone!

Well it's 12k basic, the rest commission, so without having any experience it worries me, I've spoken to the commercial side and I think they earn 18k basic and normal hours, which I would go of so I've mentioned it so we shall see about that, no jobs going there yet though.

Evenin all, about a year ago I posted a topic on careers after I got treated like poop, and here I am again, I've gone from a tech in the motor trade to service advisor, I love the job but very stressful, I have no problem working hard, but there is issues where I work that don't help the situation, I'm starting to think outside the motor trade now, the problem is the motor trade is all I know, I can't even think what other possibilities there is. My job history so far: I started as an apprentice at jaguar, and then became senior tech, i was there for about 9 years, I then moved away so had to change job, I then went to Ford as a tech for 8 months, then I went to Honda as a tech, where unfortunately I had issues, this lasted 3 months before I returned to Ford as a service advisor, I've now been there 8 ish months. I've been offered a job in sales after the sales manager approached me after watching me with customers, but with a baby on the way the hours would not suit me, which is a shame as I've never been approached for a job. After being a service advisor this would open a lot more doors, but to what? What is out there that is I could go into with my experience? Thanks for any help.
