Yes i have seen a few good ones, but asking price is much more than the value, any advice on what i should be paying for pre 2004, under 60k miles? I know its almost near impossible to answer that, but about 6k?

Hi all, I have been without a zed for a few years now, however im in no rush. I think my budget at a push would be £6,000. Im located in Stoke, but dont mind travelling for the right one. I dont mind a project, but price must reflect this, if not this is what im after.... Less than 80k miles with good to full service history. Cheaper tax band model years. GT spec. The only colours I want to avoid are orange (wife is a ginger and her head will clash) silver, and black. Ideally looking for blue or red, but will consider grey. Dont mind considering one with mods.

I had one of these for a previous 350z, it looks good and suits the 350 more than most spoilers i've seen, however, it is cheap and you get what you pay for, it doesnt feel solid, will take hours of prep, and the one I had was thin in one area it actually cracked within days of it being fitted. When I sold the zed, the new owner removed it straight away. Spend the extra cash and get a better one, once I get a new 350 i will be spending the extra to get something better.

I had one of these on my old 350z, i loved the style, however, it does feel cheap, and will take a lot of prep to get it perfect, once I had it painted and fitted a crack appeared and not because of the paint, the back part of the spoiler was weaker and a hairline crack appeared resulting in the paint cracking, I wouldnt buy one again.

Thanks, i'll keep an eye 2.5k would be maximum for me. Could be a condensor for the air con if it had front end.

What other things need doing? I can do the work so would save on labour.
