  1. Hot water freezes faster than cold water. I was just about to say the same thing Yup
  2. 99 Zeds and "The Bitch" wasn't one.... Cos "The Bitch" is Keysers
  3. You would have some sort of read out for it, but afaik it's a USDM thing. You can get aftermarket systems tho
  4. Mine told me not to sell the Zed before we got married, the same year I proposed, lol
  5. I had the vibration with the K1 also and it was because the exhaust was touching a W-Brace under the car. A well designed exhaust should not be touching anything apart from downpipes and exhaust bungs. For example, on my Invidia, on the driver side the pipe goes over the ARB and although it's tight, it won't touch. If you however feel inclined to go to JapSpeed and claim dodgy fitment, they will tell you your car isn't straight rather than your exhaust...
  6. Im curious for cheaper mods not expensive mods. 50pound a month is a cheap mod to me, but seems wheel spacers wont go any lower than eibach Cheapest mod is a free mod Here's a challenge for you, see how long you can last without spending on mods in 2014. If you can make it through the whole year without a single mod that costs money, your reward is to buy any mod you like with the saved cash
  7. There is plenty, just depends on how deep your pockets are
  8. So on one thread you discuss affordability of running a Zed and then you continue to mod the car.... Personally I wouldn't run spacers at all as it's money spent purely for looks and potentially worsening the handling. Just my thoughts on it
  9. If you want a decent exhaust that will last you and not fall apart within two years, then I would suggest increasing your budget if you are seeking a CAT back solution and try to avoid anything JapSpeed. This is coming from a guy that has had both the K1 and K2 previously
  10. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DN00-Trunk-Cargo-Organizer-Collapsible-Bag-Storage-Black-Folding-Car-/310726368324?pt=UK_Car_Interior_Accessories&hash=item4858bc1c44
  11. I guess it depends on whether the radio station has invested in the broadcasting gear to maintain a decent output signal
  12. I mean to be fair, we all on here love our cars, it's more to us than a vehicle to ferry us to work and back or pop down the shops. But the sad reality is that everything is getting more expensive. As a reaction to that we either look to improve our income (seek promotion / additional part-time job) or we have to set our living standards a little lower. No point in dreaming about Audi A5 when you are beginning to struggle to keep a 350Z. TBH, if the OP purely bought the Zed and resisted in modding it, he'd prolly not be looking to change.
  13. If you wish to have DAB radio, you will have to invest in a new aftermarket headunit with DAB capability or DAB add-on capability
  14. Some wet & dry and some patience and it should be looking good again. GLWTS
  15. No probs, I only have left hookers for the door covers so only good for export customers. Will work on getting some RHD ones Are B-pillar covers different form RHD to LHD?
  16. But it's cheaper!!!!!!!!! Plus when you have extra ones, you start noticing how some look a bit tatty and good thing you have a bunch of new ones
  17. Halfords do not have the 350Z in their battery database. But I did purchase a Halfords Advanced Battery that has 510 cold start amps and 63 amp hours, item code is HCB005, dimensions are perfect fit for a Zed. Hope this helps
  18. Hope the chav gene gets dissolved due to exposure to us
  19. Martin, just break out the wet & dry and refurb yours, if I can do it, anybody can
